Gluten free items are labeled on the menu; however, if you get the guacamole, be prepared to spend an extra $3 for an order of corn tortillas unless you want to eat it with a spoon! The tortilla chips are not safe. The waiter didn't know exactly what items were GF, so double check with the menu if he or she offers something to you (i.e., the rice). The quesadillas were amazing! The snapper ceviche was a little too sweet, but food was overall very delicious.

Best meal we had in PR. Waiter was very knowledgeable and notified chef for added caution. Most of the menu is gluten free and a lot of it is vegetarian. Yum! Cozy, romantic atmosphere. Make a reservation ahead of time.

Gluten free dishes are labeled on the menu. Staff seemed very knowledgable and confirmed everything with the chef. Service was a bit slow, but worth the delicious food! Relaxing, modern atmosphere.

I was excited about this place seeing as though they had GF pizza and pasta on the menu. The waiter was very friendly, but had no training on gluten-containing ingredients. He told us the Portobello appetizer was safe, but when we asked if there was soy sauce, he said yes. He also suggested an entree with soy sauce after we told him we couldn't have that. Whatever we ordered was not their specialty...the mashed potatoes were cold. They did have a delicious zucchini, mint, and lime juice.

Funky, eclectic coffee shop vibe. Enjoyed the GF pancakes, but could not confirm with our server that there was no cross contamination. Recommend bringing an allergy card in Spanish for Celiacs.

The fresh corn tortillas are to die for. The GF options are labeled on the menu board and staff are knowledgeable. They will change their gloves without giving a funny look and make sure not to heat your tortillas on the grill. You can get the bowl and an order of tortillas if you want to create your own tacos. DELICIOUS!

We were visiting and went twice within a 24 hour period. Creative flavors and friendly (I mean FRIENDLY), knowledgeable staff. They have approx. 4 GF flavors per day in regular and mini size. My favorite was the GF carrot cake.

Thin-crust individual-sized gluten free pizzas. They cook them in a separate area than the wheat dough pizzas. We shared the margherita and burrata pesto. Delicious.

Awesome vibe! We pulled up and there was a band and cookout happening for their 41st anniversary. Unfortunately, the veggie burgers/buns were not GF. However, there are tons of GF baked goods in the refrigerated section inside and a few deli options upstairs.

Heaven. It's not often you walk into a dedicated gluten-free eatery. We had the veggie quiche and shared a blueberry muffin. Amazing! Soy and corn free options, as well.

Very cool atmosphere and great food! Almost all of the menu is gluten free including desserts. Staff are knowledgeable. My favorites: I Am Humble & I Am Fortified. Soup of the day is usually amazing (and filling), as well.

Tons of gluten free options. Grain bowl with tempeh and veggies was delicious. They also have a full coffee bar (with dairy alternatives).

Gluten free crepes and pancakes (yay!), but there is no dedicated GF kitchen space/toaster/grill area. Not an issue for the gluten intolerant, but something to be aware of if you have Celiac Disease. Juices were refreshing and perfect with the scrambled eggs & potatoes.

Delicious lunch and well trained staff. They have dedicated oil for the gluten free appetizers and the menu makes it very clear which dishes are gluten free or have a gluten free option. The burgers and sandwiches are lettuce-wrapped. Lunch time was busy and service was a bit slow, but was worth the wait.

We shared a veggie quiche with a delicious, flaky crust. Get there early - we missed out on the GF pies & cheesecake. Friendly service and cute space!
