I eat here very frequently and am a celiac. of the tens of times in the last year I have eaten here I've never had a problem. all staff are extremely well trained and know how to handle gf requests with out issue. not once have I worried about my food, it is always stress free and like ordering as a 'normal' person. Lol safe and tasty option. always a good option in Boca. even when they are busy as can be.

We ate here last night and the food was great. I called ahead to insure they could make my food safely as a celiac and the manager was confident and described their safety measures. He said to insure the waiter writes gluten free or celiac on the ticket and you will be safe. our waitress did a great job insuring everything was correct with our order as the manager indicated. though, she offered us their flat breads and gluten filled deserts, I'm sure she meant no harm. the food was phenomenal. while it seemed like it would be plain and boring based on the gluten free options. I was seriously wrong with that. it was well seasoned and very tasty. great sides too. the end story is it was safe as a celiac, I didn't get sick. and the food was great. no hassle no fuss.

As a celiac I can't express in words how amazing this place is. all gluten free, the owners husband also has celiac. she was overly welcoming and provided tons of samples. amazing, every thing tasted amazing. the banana bread and cupcakes we took home blew my mind. support this business! you will be happy you did

Definitely a safe place to eat as a celiac. The manager went above and beyond to insure I was safe and informed. Food came out in a yellow basket to indicate it was GF too. Bun and the lettace wrap were good on the burgers. Now let's talk about the food. I'd safely say that McDonald's burgers are thicker and probably taste better (haven't had one in 20 years). The meat is barely 1 /8 inch thick and tasteless frozen patties. Honestly even my friends that ate normally said it wasn't worth the money. Overall it was a safe place to eat....but the food was a disappointment. if you are in Lincoln and want a burger that is safe go to Sportscasters. 3 out of 5 is for the food quality. Safety wise they get a 5 out of 5.
