Update: July 2015-- This location is no longer safe. The chef has been replaced and the GM either doesn't care anymore or is new. 3 visits in a row my meal came out with gluten containing ingredients on it. The 3rd time I got glutened because I didn't see it til it was too late. All three times the server gave me attitude for sending it back, and the manager on duty did not make the situation right. Do Not Go Here! ------------ I eat here very frequently and am a celiac. of the tens of times in the last year I have eaten here I've never had a problem. all staff are extremely well trained and know how to handle gf requests with out issue. not once have I worried about my food, it is always stress free and like ordering as a 'normal' person. Lol safe and tasty option. always a good option in Boca. even when they are busy as can be.

Wow! Amazing food here! Was impressed in how they handled my order and pointed out what was gluten free. Definitely a safe and tasty option for someone with celiac. Literally the only thing I could knock, is its a bit hard to figure out which items are gluten free as they are mixed throughout the menu... but who cares! There are great options and it tasted awesome.

Holy crap - honestly the best dining experience i've had since I was diagnosed with celiac disease. The waitress made it her MISSION to make sure my meal was perfect. Secondly, the chef insisted on certain items he could gaurantee - which was still a large number of their menu items. Had the lamb t-bones and green beans.... absolutely superb. Would frequent this place if I was local - I can't see any reason yo'd have a problem here! Note - my review is for the downtown location.

We ate here last night and the food was great. I called ahead to insure they could make my food safely as a celiac and the manager was confident and described their safety measures. He said to insure the waiter writes gluten free or celiac on the ticket and you will be safe. our waitress did a great job insuring everything was correct with our order as the manager indicated. though, she offered us their flat breads and gluten filled deserts, I'm sure she meant no harm. the food was phenomenal. while it seemed like it would be plain and boring based on the gluten free options. I was seriously wrong with that. it was well seasoned and very tasty. great sides too. the end story is it was safe as a celiac, I didn't get sick. and the food was great. no hassle no fuss.

As a celiac I can't express in words how amazing this place is. all gluten free, the owners husband also has celiac. she was overly welcoming and provided tons of samples. amazing, every thing tasted amazing. the banana bread and cupcakes we took home blew my mind. support this business! you will be happy you did

Definitely a safe place to eat as a celiac. The manager went above and beyond to insure I was safe and informed. Food came out in a yellow basket to indicate it was GF too. Bun and the lettace wrap were good on the burgers. Now let's talk about the food. I'd safely say that McDonald's burgers are thicker and probably taste better (haven't had one in 20 years). The meat is barely 1 /8 inch thick and tasteless frozen patties. Honestly even my friends that ate normally said it wasn't worth the money. Overall it was a safe place to eat....but the food was a disappointment. if you are in Lincoln and want a burger that is safe go to Sportscasters. 3 out of 5 is for the food quality. Safety wise they get a 5 out of 5.
