The waiter seemed very knowledgeable when i asked what the gluten free beer was made of he asked if i was celiac and brought me a gluten free menu. It was small but i was glad to have something safe. He recommended to avoid the fryer because of cross contamination and suggested a side salad with oil and vinegar. I got a burger with gluten free bun and salad. Not sure how safe it is for celiacs but there is a dedicated menu and the waiter was looking out for my best interest

Absolute best gf pizza! I'm not sure how much cross contamination there is or if all toppings are 100% gluten free but it tastes delicious and i haven't had a reaction far as i can tell

Gluten free pizza!!! Not sure about level of cross contamination but the pizza is good and a gf option. I might ask next time about if its cooked on a surface shared with other pizza or not.

Gluten free menu with lots of options, even beer, when my party ordered an appetizer with bread and dip they had gluten free crackers for me so i could have some too. When i asked a question the waiter wasn't sure about he went in the back to make sure he gave me the right info and didn't just guess, i was happy he took my allergy seriously. Food was amazing, I'm pretty positive they have celiacs best interest in mind.

Gluten free buns you can put on any burger and even a dedicated fryer! They use a different colored basket when serving so you know its the gluten free one and you aren't served the wrong thing, they have been great

Delicious gluten free burgers! I can't recall if they had a dedicated fryer or not for fries but i didn't have a reaction to the food and it was great. They had a couple of the "gluten free" beers like omission and daura whet the gluten is extracted, if you are ok with those its awesome to have a gf beer and burger!

Chans is one of the few Chinese restaurants with gluten free options, very good affordable and large portions. They are usually great about being able to make most items gluten free and when something comes with soup they make sure to ask if you still want it because it contains soy sauce with wheat. I am not sure its totally safe for cellars though, it may be cross contamination or a mistake by the chef but I've had a reaction to the food a few times. Once i got food that did not appear gluten free but my waitress insisted it was breaded in rice flour, i told her i was doubtful due to the texture but she assured me it was fine. I got incredibly ill afterward so I'm positive i was misinformed. once in awhile they do mess up but generally its a good place for gluten free Chinese. Definitely recommend but keep in mind its not perfect.

Separate gf menu, dedicated fryer, the fish and chips were delicious and the clam chowder was amazing, the owner got in a little argument with an employee which was awkward but I'd put up with a lot for getting to eat chowder i know is safe and yummy! There were many options for celiacs! Highly recommend, it was great not to feel left out with food while on a trip to the coast :)
