Great gf pizza. Crust is from Bittersweet Bakery in Eagan. The crust is thin but not cracker like. It has a nice mouth feel, however it is has a unique flavor that adds to the pizza. If you like a crust to be the silent partner, this is not silent. Gf Pizza comes in 3 very nice sizes. The staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable. If eating in, it is served as piping perfection!! This is a family favorite!

Really good gf pizza! The pizza is bigger than a single serve, it is crispy thin, and tastes great. The crust is made in a disposable pan that is then placed on a metal tray in the oven. It is delivered on a lined tray after being sliced with separate gluten free utensils. The staff is very aware of GF practices and very respectful of enjoying a full dining experience. It is a little more expensive, however the size and quality make it a great value.

had a horrible gf experience here at this location. Never had any issues at any other location across several states. I sent an e mail to corporate, this locations manager called me to tell me how wrong I was. No, this location is not as trained or caring as all the other locations. I felt they did not want my business.

while visiting from out of State, I brought family here thinking they could accommodate gluten free needs. Our group offered to leave when the cashier informed me they don't have any options then handed me a card with 2 salads minus any flavor (standard gf fair) and a sweet & sour option as well as a singapore noodle type option. Instead of making everyone else change, I ordered the gf sweet and sour. Yuck. They really should not advertise that they have a gf menu. They do not. The spring rolls are fried in the same oil as everything else so they are not gf. offering lettuce with no options at an asian place is not appealing at all. Save your money and frustration and skip Pei Wei, Orlando.
