100% gluten free italian in the west village! Amazing menu!

    630 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036

The pesto fettuccine was phenomenal! We weren't huge fans of the socca (pizza), but that fettuccine was worth 10 stars!

  • Wok N Roll Asian Fusion

    4 starsSeptember 17, 2014

    351 N County Road, Jackson, NJ 08527

Good experience, as long as you know what you want. No gf menu, so need to discuss what you can order with the waiters, who are very well versed in GF. 5 stars if they could make a GF menu.

  • 3 Chicas Mexican Kitchen

    4 starsSeptember 17, 2014

637 Wyckoff Ave, Wyckoff, NJ 07481

Good experience. Manager was well versed in GF- if celiac make sure you speak to him when ordering. Can make virtually everything GF, and was careful about x-contam. The pork carnitas were my favorite!

  • Sakana Japanese Fusion

    5 starsJanuary 04, 2014

25 Rockland Plaza, Nanuet, NY 10954

While don't have a dedicated GF, they are very accommodating to the GF community and are good about x-contam by using clean gloves, cutting boards, utensils, and have GF soy sauce.

  • Mama's Italian Restaurant

    5 starsAugust 23, 2013

1352 Montauk Hwy, Oakdale, NY 11769

Incredible experience! Owner has been doing GF for about 15 years. Are very careful about x-contamination. Has one of the most extensive menus I've ever seen, and everything was excellent (including the desserts!). Service from all staff was great as well. Highly recommend!!!

  • Six Brothers Diner

    3 starsJune 09, 2013

    475 U.S. 46, Little Falls, NJ 07424

First off, I applaud Six Brothers for supporting the GF community. Pros: 1) one of the larger GF menus in North Jersey 2) make strong efforts to avoid cross contamination (dedicated fryer, separately cooked pasta, separate section of the grill) 3) Our server was fantastic- very attentive and made sure we felt comfortable. 4) Portions were huge Cons: The food quality was inconsistent. 1) French onion soup- was awesome 2) breaded chicken parm- good 3) spaghetti with pesto sauce- didn't really taste like pesto 4) pancakes- really bad and had a potato-like flavor. If 6 brothers can tweak the recipes a bit, this could become a go-to spot for us, though.

  • Vito's Pizza and Italian Ristorante

    5 starsApril 11, 2013

10999 North Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ 85259

Awesome experience. Very well trained on x-contamination, and had many options, including pizzas, pastas, salads, wings, appetizers, etc. nice atmosphere as well. Our 8 year old boys loved the thin crust pizza and baked ziti.

  • Cafe Rustica

    5 starsFebruary 09, 2013

200 Middle Neck Rd, Great Neck, NY 11021

Probably the best gf restaurant in NY/NJ/CT area. Well versed in x-contam, and have fantastic pizza. It's so good that at first you will be worried that its not gf! Lots of varieties of pastas, salads, and dinners that are gf too.

  • Masina Trattoria Italiana

    4 starsJanuary 27, 2013

500 Harbor Blvd, Weehawken, NJ 07086

Had a good overall experience. Very knowledgeable wait staff and host made us feel comfortable that there would be no x-contam. Pasta was delicious. Only down-side is that they did not have gf pizza in stock, which my kids had their heart set on. Be sure to call in advance to ensure that they have the pizza avail. Beautiful views of manhattan skyline too!

  • Golden Wok Cafe

    2 starsOctober 07, 2012

875 Saw Mill River Rd, Ardsley, NY 10502

Great food and selection, but beware. We went twice, first with no issue, second where my celiac son got violently ill one hour after eating there. Make sure you remind the staff to take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. We haven't been back since.
