As soon as I stayed asking questions about how is their bread and biscuits gf, the girl at the counter said. ... I don't really know. The owner just says that they are gf. They have TONS of gf options that include bread or wraps in some form. But I was not comfortable with the answer I got. So all I had was grits and a coffee. I recommend eat at your own risk. I chose not to. My non celiac family said the biscuits were to die for.

We were in Ashville on a Monday. I was Sooooo disappointed. They are closed on Mondays. Wish I would have had the opportunity to eat here. Maybe some day I'll get back that way to try it.

This was my first time trying five guys. It was awesome! of coarse I got the cheeseburger without the bun. They prepare the patties on 1 grill. So no cross contamination. They put it in its own container with all the sides. They only have fries in the fryers. I had a great lunch that tastes awesome for around $7. I didn't get sick. I'll recommend this place. If you've been to in n out burger, this tops them. And I was pretty adamant about how good in n out is. Try it. You'll be happy u did. And I have celiac.

I took home some goodies which included a caramel chocolate cheesecake. It was Sooooo good. I just ate it ALL!! lol. I recommend this to everyone. celiac or not. They make sugar free, dairy free, and more. I will be taking advantage of their online ordering.

awesome!! the owner talked to me about his best friend who is celiac anaphylaxis. And how he knows all about it. everything is made GF with the exception of 1 item. I don't recall which item that is. I had 3 GF crepes. They were Sooooo good. I'm visiting our if state and leave in 2 days. I'm going back tomorrow to eat again before I leave. It was so good and I feel safe there knowing he's got the knowledge of celiac. Toy have to try this place out. awesome!!!

The first time I've been able to eat fried foods. Instead of " 3 things I CAN have" it was " you can have everything on the menu except 3 things". It tasted good. Had to wait for a little but for a table, WELL worth the wait for anyone with Celiac Disease. I will be back!!!

When my office mgr was asking about gluten free pasta for me, the guy at Zio's said... " we have rigatoni or whole wheat noodles. Which one would she like?" I said... None! And opted for a salad. She told him no croutons and his reply was, they don't put croutons in their salad. We got our lunch today..... Croutons on the salad. I won't ever trust this place. Sorry.
