Most of the menu here is or can be made gf. They are very aware of cross contamination issues ( I believe one of the owners may be gf by necessity). It's a bit of a splurge for my family but one we will happily make a couple of times a year as the food really is very good. Bonus that they always make my kids feel welcome which isn't always the case in higher end restaurants.
1345 South Sequim Avenue, Sequim, WA 98382
It's rare for me to find a restaurant where I can eat everything on the menu so I was really excited to try this place when we were in Sequim on vacation. It was a bit of a splurge for us, especially with our kids, and we felt a bit let down. Hopefully they were just having an off night but the service was awful. The ingredients were clearly fresh and top quality and the food tasted good but it wasn't exceptional. I don't think we would go back again.
420 West 13th Avenue, Eugene, OR 97401
We were very happy with our meal. Almost everything can be gf and they seem to do a very good job of preventing cross contamination. Wings, Mac and cheese, and all gf fryers made for a happy family. Only real drawback for us was the sports-heavy atmosphere.

Basic but good gf breakfast food. I had pancakes and bacon with no negative after effects.
16 S Hwy 101, Depoe Bay, OR 97341
Almost everything here is offered gf. They have a dedicated fryer and I was able to have fish and onion rings and both were very good. Nice people. Be prepared for very close quarters and limited seating.
920 Northeast 8th Street, McMinnville, OR 97128
This is an all gf bakery and cafe with very good options for those with multiple food allergies/sensitivities. While I've never had anything that tasted bad, as someone who has no issues with nuts, dairy, or eggs, I find some of the tastes and textures less appealing than they would be with those things included.
315 High St SE, Salem, OR 97301
Limited but tasty gf offerings. I had an omelet for my last meal there and since I wasn't all that interested in having gf bread on the side they subbed fruit for me. Obvious care in choosing ingredients and in the preparation. Will try lunch next time and they list many, many gf options for that including so very tasty sounding soups and salads. No separate gf menu but very clear labeling in the regular menu.
2840 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97302
Good gluten free menu, the staff was prepared to answer questions, even on a very busy weekend night. A little pretentious for my taste but solid options.
835 Commercial Street Southeast, Salem, OR 97302
I have eaten here many times without ever getting sick. They have a solid gf menu but no meal options so unless you want to spend a bundle you're limited in the diversity dept.
300 Liberty St SE, Salem, OR 97301
I wavered between 3 and 4 stars. They have a very good selection if gf options and seem very knowledgeable about ensuring that there isn't cross contamination. However, the food has been a little on the bland side for my taste. Not bad at all, just not anything noteworthy.
617 Lancaster Drive Northeast, Salem, OR 97301
Hands down the best gf bread I've had anywhere. They use their own recipe and even my decidedly anti-gf bread family thinks it's fantastic. I love the waffles and my daughter is a big fan of the soups. They are very friendly and we have really enjoyed our experiences there.
1477 NE Alberta St, Portland, OR 97211
Everything here is gf and grain free. Ordered the chicken tenders and the kale salad. Both were very good with the ingredients clearly fresh and of decent quality. They made the dressing and mayo dip in the spot. I will happily go back when in that part of town.
4943 NE Martin Luther King Jr Blvd #101, Portland, OR 97211
Consistently delicious food. The best chocolate chunk cookie we've ever had gf or otherwise. Wonderfully barely sweet mochas. The service is reasonable but can tend toward standoffish.
