If you tell the staff up front that you have a gluten allergy, they will offer to but the burger in a box with the dressings, or a lettuce wrap (a layer of big pieces of iceberg lettuce in lieu of buns). The fries are fried in their own peanut oil frier so I have not had an issue with cross-contamination.

It is so refreshing to sit down and eat out or grab food to go with no worries there will be a cross-contamination issue! The lunch specials are tasty, the gluten free baked goods are yummy, there are gluten free chips and snack bars, and the frozen entrees are awesome! When I was pregnant and on activity rest and couldn't cook, I ate the frozen entrees on a regular basis. There are so many options that you don't get sick of them either. Also, they do have VERY reasonable prices for catering and will do special order baking with enough advance notice.

It is not advertised on their website, but they have a fairly extensive gluten free menu. The waitress who served our table has a gluten allergy and she has never had any problems with a reaction to the food. My food caused no issues although it was a bit salty.

Please be advised that the dressings used on the salads marked gluten free, are in fact NOT GLUTEN FREE SALAD DRESSINGS! They do have olive oil and balsamic vinegar they can bring IF you remember to ask for the dressing on the side.

Clean, friendly and really sensitive to gluten allergies/Celiac. They make their own muffins and cupcakes. The muffins are the BEST I've had since my gluten intolerance was diagnosed. The muffins and cupcakes do have dairy but if you can manage lactose intolerance with an OTC pill, it is worth every bite!
