I was worried about finding a gluten free place to eat while spending the day in Canon City. We found this place online and were really happy with it. The crust is in it's own foil pan to avoid cross contamination. Their wings are gluten free and they offer gluten free cider as well! My kids liked it because of the fun decor and arcade. My husband liked the beer list and prices. We will be back!

Not a restaurant, but they have a ton of gf items, including corn dogs, pizza crusts, bread, rolls, cookies, and more! Their prices on Udi's breads and buns are better than most grocery stores, too!

They are always very helpful and I haven't had a reaction eating there yet.

They do offer gf crust, but use millet in their crust. Millet makes my mom and sister extremely sick as well. I cannot recommend them for everyone with celiac. Millet is bad for you anyway.

My sister and I both had a horrible reaction eating here. We told the manager and he scoffed at us and claimed that we were making it up. We will never eat there again.

Their breads and pies were awful. It's also out of business now, so it should be taken down.

I was told that the owners have Celiac too, so I had high hopes. I was not disappointed. Usually gluten free pizzas taste like cardboard and have a horrible crust. Not this one. It was soft, fluffy, and delicious! I especially loved the gluten free meatballs as a topping. Gluten free beer was on the menu, as well as pasta and a bakery case full of freshly baked gf goodies. It was a wonderful treat and I will be going back soon!
