    Pretty good sized menu and good food. My only wish is that they would offer something other than their non-gluten free fries for their sauce sampling when you first get seated. However, the majority of the menu is already gf so they don't really have to make too many adjustments.

    I'm from out of town so when I stopped in I had to try one of everything they had in the case (not all at one time, of course) so I got a box to go. Every item was delicious. I hadn't had a cinnamon roll in 2 years and was over the moon to finally get to enjoy one again and it was amazing.

    I've had to do a lot of traveling throughout Kansas this year and I dread leaving home because with every trip comes a new bout of gluten exposure that takes an week of recovery just in time for me to leave town again. I stumbled upon the Cow and Sow using this app and with my usual trepidation I gave it a shot. The sandwich I had was amazing and the owners were even more so. It was a wonderful break from a very stressful trip to Wichita and I fully intend to stop in every chance I get.

    Average food but they have one of the larger gluten free menus in town. It's nice to have plenty of options compared to the 4 or 5 that it seems most places offer.

    The gluten free menu was small. Very small and they had none of the gluten free sides available. The chicken was okay but not really worth paying for more than once. I've made better at home and I'm a terrible cook. Plus: The server was very knowledgeable about what gluten is and where it is found which is incredibly rare. Minus: The atmosphere was very uncomfortable, the music much too loud for a small place and the sides are made in bulk so if they are out of prepared servings, you are out of luck.
