The service is amazing. They explained how their gluten free pizzas are covered and cooked in a separate space. The margarita pizza was delicious. It was effortless, quick and easy. This was a Las Vegas location near the strip in the "Town Square" shopping center. This is an update 8 days later. I am very sick from the pizza. Take into account that I am a very sensitive Celiac. I forgot how awful it feels to have a major glutening. Now it is 13 days later. I have been on meds for 2 days to help with symptoms. Update: 24 days later and am still recovering. I am on 3 meds that are helping finally. The ingredients are said by GIG to be safe to under 5ppm, my body disagrees.

I visited Mon Ami Gabi in Las Vegas. I explained in great detail my need for dairy and gluten free food. I ordered very plain steamed or grilled shrimp and green beans. They came out with spiced shrimp with a sauce, and no vegetables in sight. I had them just take it back and was not charged. I stood up to leave after the ones at our table were done with a fabulous meal, a nail on my chair royally snagged my sweater. This got much attention oddly enough. Then a very kind manager came to investigate, so I told him about my experience. I live in Las Vegas, he wants me to come back again and ask for him to personally take my order and serve me. For now I do not recommend it as it is unsafe for a celiac. Update, I reacted to the bread that came before my food, it could have been the olives that the bread was served with. They could have had grain based vinegar in them. Great location, great food, just not for a celiac.

Not celiac friendly, poor customer concerns to say the least.
