Screw Freds. They have a gluten free menu but half of it isn't even gluten free in the true sense of the word and their staff is rude, and they are the only place downtown without a happy hour. Their only saving grace is their salsa, which is pretty bangin.

I love this place! I can't have dairy either so I can't even have the GF crepes so they got creative and made an omelette-like creation with really thin egg around my fillings, yum!

Great casual place for lunch. Nearly everything can be made GF and they will tell you what uses shared equipment so you know what to stay away from if you're like me (celiac). Try the fish taco with mahi mahi, super duper good.

I come here AT LEAST once a week. Friendly knowledgeable staff, tons of GF options, build your own burger, can not go wrong here!

No special gluten free menu but the staff is VERY knowledgable of celiac disease and other allergens and explained the precautions they would be taking in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination. Just let them know of your intolerances/allergies before you order! I tried to be low maintenance and just order something that seemed safe and the plate came out with toast. They remade everything, pan fried my potatoes since they don't have a dedicated fryer. Also super nice about all of it and didn't make me feel like a freak like some other restaurants can. Love, love, love!

The staff seemed confused about my requests but were very nice about checking with the kitchen. The staff wasn't knowledgable but the chefs were, and I guess that's the important thing but I almost left due to unknowledgable (yet polite) waitstaff.

I have to admit it is very exciting to be in an Italian restaurant and not have to worry about cross-contamination and they are great about other food allergies, but the risotto was a little hard and given that it's their namesake I expected better. Still very happy here and would recommend checking it out.

This place used to have gluten free pasta and a gluten free menu and they do not any more...the waitress said something about issues with cross contamination at other locations so I appreciate them looking out for my safety but I specifically came here for the pasta so I'm super disappointed. Basically you can have a salad or fish here. This makes me sad.

Their gluten free menu is quite extensive and includes instructions for management and chef to avoid cross-contamination. So cool.

They have a huge gluten free selection here, everything is marked with a GF on their normal menu, and they even had the chef come out and talk to me! Very friendly staff and accommodating to other special dietary needs beyond gluten free.

Love this place! Staff is friendly, food is great quality and they have a gluten free menu (it's all the way in the back of the regular menu). I highly recommend the kale salad made with gluten free tamari.

Came here with friends expecting my options would be limited to a salad at an Italian restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised that the menu was marked with items that were gluten free and dairy free and the staff was very knowledgable. I had an amazing meal that even my gluten-eating dinner companions envied.

They only got 4 stars because they did not understand what gluten was but happily answered all of my questions. Their chips are 100% corn and are fried in lard which is not the healthiest but they taste amazing and are as gluten free as it gets (nothing else is fried in this oil...I mean lard). You can order pretty much anything on the menu with corn tortillas as well.

This place is not your typical bar fare. I have to avoid dairy as well and even then I had a ton of tasty options and the staff was very knowledgable. I had roasted spaghetti squash and it was amazing! I came for happy hour and actually ordered off the happy hour menu, that has never happened to me in my life! They use happy eggs and happy meat and a lot of their produce is organic and everything is made from scratch.

Wow! Gluten free crust, dairy free cheese and they deliver! I recommend the ZBQ chicken pizza, so good! This has become my new weekly pizza night place :)
