  the crust was nice and crisp. they also carry redbridge which is nice. the manager personally delivers the gf meal, not the waitress. They now have buglers with Udis buns. All they need is a dedicated fryer now. They recently stopped carrying redbridge but now carry a Belgian amber ale (I checked it out and it had been tested having less than 5 ppm gluten even though its brewed with barley).

  Great staff. Great food. They also have a dedicated fryer and gf beer! What more could you want. Update: they no longer have a dedicated fryer. I spoke to the manager and got no clear answer as to why they changed their policy. Goodbye gf fries.

  This pizza now takes the crown as the best gf pizza I have ever eaten. Thin crispy crust, brick oven style with delicious sauce and cheese. The closest I've had so far to real brick oven pizza! Wish I lived closer.

  Very good food. I had the native cod which was good but the star of the show was the gluten free roll. They make them there and it was so delicious I asked the waiter if I had accidentally been served the regular roll. It was by far the best gluten free bread I have had since I was diagnosed. Wish they sold these to the public. Plus they have redbridge.

  they have a good selection of Gf goods in the freezer and a number of pastas and baked goods in the shelf. They are the only store i know that carries pasta mia dried pasta which is the best out there. they also have a dedicated slicer for cold cuts. every udis flavor is there which is a bonus. They make a tremendous gf Italian combo.

  Had grilled chicken Waldorf salad with balsamic dressing. Salad was decent and I had no problems. The manager knows the deal but you really have to explain things to the waitress (one said I could have chicken parm over gf pasta) That being said I had no problems. Update. Went back a second time. Asked waitress about menu item's safety and she got annoyed. Ordered grilled salmon and got glutened. Not going back.

  Has a dedicated menu and an educated staff. The waitress even told me to Stick to vinegar and oil dressing because the croutons are right next to the other gf dressings. The shaved prime rib with mushrooms, onions, and Swiss was delicious.

  The best gf pizza I have had so far. Any gourmet pizza on the menu can be made on a gf crust. The salads are fantastic as well. My family loves the regular pies as well. I just wish they had gf beer.
