I think this is a place you "gamble with your guts". The risk of cross contamination is HUGE here & when i showed the owner logistically if she could put the GF cupcakes on top of her shelf there would be less risk of crumbs dropping from the baked good & trays of GF items below.... She was completely not open to helping her bakery be safer to eat at. Years ago i was desperate & would buy there & get sick about 1/4 of the time ... Now we have a dedicated bakery called Gluten Escape that is so accessible off Tamarack & i-225 that has a HUGE selection - THE BEST service - & the owner & her family are celiac so she "gets it". Flour is just everywhere in a small bakery - even if they have their dedicated day & dedicated drawer... I got sick there too many times :(

I LOVE Garbonzos!!! Yes,as the previous review shared tjere is cross contamination from the food "on the line". But i have eaten there dozens & dozens of times without getting sick. My "secret"? I tell them i have a very sensitive allergy & could they please bring out some "x" from the back so that there is no risk... they offer to get me fresh anything! I do try not to go when there is a line to the door so i don't slow things down for a big line behind me... I have been to the location in Lone Tree the most - but have also been to the one in Park Meadows - Arapahoe & Orchard - even Boulder - this can be a celiac friendly safe place to eat & i have yet to meet a grumpy or difficult employee when i ask them for extra help & service!!!

I was soooooo excited to eat fish & chips after reading the reviews that this was my first stop after i arrived from the airport. I asked my bellman about how much a cab would be from The Venetian - he said it would be $12-$15 each way - he said that is probably more than your meal there..... Well he was right that the cab was more than my meal- waaaaaaaayyyy more!! My cab was $35 EACH WAY!!! But as i share that so others can plan their budgets - for me it was still SOOOOOOOOO WORTH IT!!!! I ordered the appetizer plate & ate friend mozzarella cheese sticks for the first time in 9 years!!!! I had friend zucchini- onion rings- And then i had the most delicious cod & Halibut!! Its painful to write this review back in Colorado because now that I've found this place it will be soooo missed! They sell their GF flour blend & ship it... so ill do my best to re-create this meal--- but I would drive there tonight if i lived in Vegas!!! Thankfully i have a very supportive & understanding husband who was working at his conference when i went - & wasn't freaked out by $70 in transportation to get here- certainly a splurge cab ride from the strip- but still totally worth it!!!

This is a "must go" based on the GF French onion soup! Such a treat! Excellent service, They put a toothpick in your food & bring it hot & warm & assure you that its gluten free! Hot crunchy GF bread! Wish we had a place like this in Colorado!

Was not good service for us - the lentil pancakes were crazy spicy - the pizza crust was too think & kind of chunky... Not many GF items to pick from on this menu compared to other places we ate on the strip Hard to find & not worth it for us.

Sooooo much fun to eat here & try so many meats! My husband & I LOVED it!!! The waiter showed me what was "safe" from the huge salad bar - including the gluten free rolls - but they were in the same warmer as the gluten bread & that scared me - so he GLADLY made me a fresh batch that he brought to my table. Don't be afraid by the price - there are deals & discounts everywhere! On our ticket stub to the Nathan Burton Magic show there was a buy 1 get 1 meal free-- i got a 1/2 price deal from TravelZoo.com... Glad we saved our calories for this amazing feast!
