Only breakfast place in Dallas, that I know of, where I can safely eat more than just coffee and fresh fruit. Their lunch menu is great too!

Sprouts is a great natural and farmers market type grocery store for buying gluten free groceries. Twice a year (I believe it's in May and Oct) they run a huge sale on all their gluten free products. Best time to stock up.

Had a great meal at lunch the other day. Cedar plank salmon with asparagus, carrots and red potatoes. Waiter, also gluten free, said it was the best thing on the GF menu. They had some extra special made GF desserts so I had to get one - the peanut butter chocolate mousse (normally has gluten cake in it). Meal was pricey but worth it. Food was very fresh and all items are under 450 calories. Great date night, special occasion, or work party place. Remember to communicate with the staff about your foods allergies and dietary needs.

Love this place! All their frozen yogurt is gluten free. It's all natural and tastes much better than all the other frozen yogurt shops. I usually skip the toppings as this location is self serve and there is a high chance of cross contamination from gluten containing toppings. If there aren't crumbs everywhere, I'll get some fresh fruit.
