From my understanding the owner has a family member with celiac so they wanted to make food that he could eat. From the GF standpoint they are awesome. They have really good fries made in a dedicated fryer, so if you miss cheese fries, it's great! I'm only giving them 3 stars because when I ate there the server raved about how good their wings are. When I got them they were so over cooked! Also the place is a bar and is only 21 and up. So unfortunately this isn't an option if you have kids.

Got very sick twice eating here. They need to take down that GIG trained the staff is full of clueless kids and there is flour flying everywhere.

Take note about the spice here! Medium is spicy! My husband had problems finishing his. For me the medium was perfect but comparable to a hot or medium hot at most restaurants. They have a huge variety of GF options, in fact it was easier for my server to tell me what I couldn't have instead of telling me what was okay. I went with the Pad Thai and it was EXCELLENT! It is the only Thai restaurant I've visited in the Greenville area that doesn't over cook their noodles! GF or not, it is excellent food.

Wonderful food and lots of great options. I could tell they don't take GF lightly. The portions are HUGE! So I easily had lunch for the next day. The manager was awesome and gave us some coupons for the next time we go!

This is my go to place when I want to go out to eat. They seem to take allergies/sensitivities pretty seriously. You get to pick what you want in the bowl. All their foods are clearly labelled with allergen info. My only complaint is that they don't have many sauce options if you're gluten free.

Like another person mentioned, the steampot meals are done in their own pot. I had no issues eating there for my birthday. Expect to pay $20-$40 for a steampot but you get a ton of food!

It seems to be hit or miss here. I have been cross contaminated once and another time I was fine. The pizza itself was delicious! However they don't list any prices for the GF pizzas and they are substantially higher priced than their regular pies. Also the service is terrible. Expect to be ignored half the time even if the restaurant is empty.

If you want to eat someplace buffet style this is a great option. All of their entrees have the ingredients listed. However, given that the hot bar and salad bar are handled by a lot of people there is a risk of cross contamination. Definitely wouldn't recommend for celiacs. However the food is always healthy and tasty, but extremely pricey.

I don't think I can say enough good things about this restaurant. The moment I asked for the gluten free menu, I had one of my best trips eating out. My server and the manager seemed extremely knowledgable. The scallops and shrimp were divine! If you want a nice restaurant for a date night this is the one!
