The Crepe batter is no longer 100% GF. However, they can still do GF upon request! Very knowledgable staff and Yummy Crepes!!

Gluten free soups, salads & sandwiches with udi's gf bread. Nice atmosphere. Downtown blueridge.
4641 Presidential Pkwy, Macon GA 31220
If you are traveling on 475 it's just 3 minutes off the exit. They have a GF menu if you ask for it. They have GF spuds, soups and salads. Love me some Georgia sweet tea!
802 Virginia Drive, Orlando, FL 32803
Their gluten free menu is not accurate. Luckily, a manager caught it before the server served me the chorizo tapa, which has a wheat based seasoning. It was on the GF menu but clearly wasn't gluten free. It's a classy atmosphere and they serve tapas. Overall a fun experience but they NEED to update their GF menus and educate their servers. I loved their GF Dates filled with Goat Cheese and wrapped in prosciutto and they had a flour-less chocolate cake. They have a gluten free menu but only at lunch. However their servers and chefs are knowledgable and can advise you as to what is safe and not. My favorite dish? Their GF scalloped potatoes. Incredible steak! Read my entire GF review of The Capital Grille on my blog: http://www.celiacinorlando.com/2013/the-capital-grille/

The others are correct. There used to be a gluten free menu; however, they have refreshed their entire menu and the gluten free one is still pending review. It should be available early 2014. However, ask for the chef, don't rely on the servers, because there are soooooo many gluten free options available to you. Including GF burger buns, a delicates fryer for fries, wings, nachos etc.. And yes even a GF brownie. Read my entire GF review of their refreshed menu on my blog: http://www.celiacinorlando.com/2013/margaritaville/

There are no gluten-free indicators on the menu, but my server was pretty knowledgeable about which tapas were safe for me to consume. I enjoyed the Pollo Ajillo, Vegetables a la Parilla, Patatas Bravas (delicious) & Solomillo a la Parilla (without the cream sauce which is not GF). I wish that there were GF indicators because the menu is extensive; but overall my server was knowledgeable and accommodating and I had a wonderful experience! Love grabbing a GF cupcake at Sweet! They have 3 base GF flavors, which they keep in a separate display case from the gluten filled cupcakes: chocolate, red velvet and pumpkin. They also recently added GF vegan cupcakes which they serve on Thursdays and Fridays. They have GF indicators on their menu. The staff was extremely knowledgable. They even have a GF fryer for French fries. Many of their sides have a gluten filled chicken stock so make sure to check with your server before you order your sides. You have to try their Saganaki, it's a vlachotiri cheese flamed tableside. Fantastic GF muffins. Was able to eat brunch here and they cook their hash browns on a skillet so they are not fried. I noticed they also have GF chicken fingers, hot dogs and hamburgers. Server wasn't extremely knowledgable, but I enjoyed my meal! You can read my entire GF review of the White Wolf Café on my blog: http://www.celiacinorlando.com/2013/white-wolf-cafe/

What a great find! This restaurant uniquely blends together BBQ with a southwestern flair! The menu has clearly labeled GF stamps. Sometimes they even have a GF dessert. The building, decor, menu and even Chef Fish Morgan are all so eclectic. Beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy if the night is nice. You def have to check this place out! Only downside: no GF bread for the sandwiches :(. You can read my entire GF review of yellow dog eats on my blog: http://www.celiacinorlando.com/2013/yellow-dog-eats/

Chef Francesco is extremely knowledgable and cautious about gluten free. He has a separate prep space and dedicated GF utensils. Unfortunately, not all of his staff is properly educated. One of the servers was sadly misinformed and told one of my readers that all the pasta sauces were safe if ordered with the GF penne and she became ill for a week :(. Please note: only the marinara sauce and garlic & olive oil sauces are GF. But they do have fantastic GF pizza and I look forward to trying their GF penne with the marinara. I absolutely love the fact that I can get GF chicken wings at 4R because they are smoked not fried. Also I love the smoked sausage. Basically all of their meats and sauces are naturally GF & their staff is knowledgable. They also have a GF cookie, but you have to call 48 hours in advance to have them bake it for you and who plans that far ahead? But overall, I am a big fan of 4R. Got the GF ravioli and while it was nice having ravioli again the staff wasn't extremely knowledgable and I was a bit concerned about the free flowing flour in the kitchen with no dedicated GF prep space. If your are GF by choice then enjoy, but if you have CD I would proceed with caution. I can't believe Toasted has been around since Feb and I just discovered them. Def one of my new favorite places! It's so nice to be able to enjoy a GF grilled cheese sandwich and some fries and not worry about getting sick! Quick service plus knowledgable & cautious staff. My only regret is that I didn't get Toasted sooner ;). You can read my entire GF review of Toasted on my blog: http://www.celiacinorlando.com/2013/toasted/
