I think they have two gluten free items, but you'll want to double check that. Anyway I always get the gluten free tan tan men and its amazing! They offer yam noodles in place of regular noodles (as well as white or brown rice). None of the meat is gluten free, but they do have tofu (as well as other toppings that are safe to eat). They're also very good at dealing with food allergies and have a very knowledgeable staff. I absolutely love it here!

The pizza here is absolutely delicious, although a bit pricey. I've always ordered online & haven't had a problem (I am slightly confused though - online you can only order a small GF pizza, but the printed menu says large is available... one day ill stop being lazy and just call in my order and find out for sure).

This location is great and apparently someone with Celiac works there (that's how my waitress knew the watermelon liquor used in the watermelon mojitos was GF!), which I find reassuring. Also, the miso soup is now GF (!), and the GF menu changed and they took off one of the veggie rolls, but they still make it (the avokyu -sp?- roll). When in doubt just ask your waiter!

I love this place. Yummy food and lots of options for people with a restricted diet. They don't have a separate GF printed menu, you have to ask for an allergen menu and use that to cross reference the dishes. It sounds tedious, but it's not.

I will say, the GF menu is deceptive, but the great staff makes up for it. The menu lists a lot of items, but there are a lot of caveats. Pretty much your best bet is to stick with the salads and steak. My go-to is the NY Steak Salad. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and I've never had any problems. I'm also lactose intolerant and one time had forgotten my lactase pills and the waiter went ahead and printed out the ingredients of what I wanted to order so we would know for sure, and was great about making sure the kitchen was well aware of my restrictions.

I love this place. Delicious food, but beware! They do not have dedicated fryers, so while they offer GF polenta fries they are certain to be cross-contaminated.

I don't live in Sac so I mainly frequent the Roseville location, which is far superior in my mind. Here's why: A. I've ended up sick 3 of the 4 times I've been here. I'm not nearly as sensitive to cross-contamination as many others so clearly there's something going on here. In comparison, I've never had a single problem after eating at the Roseville location. B. Sickness aside, I found ordering GF food here to be a pain. Because some of the sauces they use have gluten, they won't use them, but they also won't substitute so your pay $13+ for a plate of steamed veggies. Once they brought me out some GF sauce and charged me extra for it. Again, that's never been a problem at my local location.
