Absolutely phenomenal food and service! Not only is their bread GF but it is dairy free as well, and the pasta dish I ordered was made dairy free as well without losing any taste! The staff was knowledgable and very helpful when ordering, I will definitely be visiting again!

    5 starsJanuary 08, 2014

American Joe's restaurants have the best GF selection! GF pasta, fresh local baked bread from Buckwheats Bakery in Nashua (All dairy-free too) and even a dedicated fryer for French fries! The staff is all very knowledgable and the manager always comes to make sure everything was served correctly, I've even had the manager serve me the meal himself, I highly recommend eating here!

  • Not Your Average Joe's

    3 starsJanuary 08, 2014

Although Joe's offers a nice GF menu, I was not a fan of their caramelized onion rolls which is their bread alternative. My server was not very knowledgable with the gluten free options or which items of these were dairy free. Hopefully their staff will become more knowledgable and they will have other bread options soon!

  • Great Harvest Bread Co.

    5 starsNovember 24, 2013

Great Harvest Bread Co. has excellent GF breads and muffins and their locations! The staff is wonderful and all of their products are usually baked fresh the same day!

  • Uno Chicago Grill

    2 starsNovember 24, 2013

731 Boylston St, Boston, MA 02116

I have had good and bad experiences at Uno's, their GF menu is limited (most items are pre-made so they could be cooked separately) and it all depends who you have for a waiter. Some are very knowledgeable while my last visit I was served a 'GF' dish with bread sticks on the same plate! So be careful of who you order from and if they seem knowledgable of food allergies!

  • Salvatore's

Salvatore's has a great GF selection and their food is very good! Knowledgable and friendly staff assured me my food was GF and I will definitely be visiting again!

This was one of the best meals I've had in awhile! The staff is very knowledgable and made sure my dishes were GF (something I'm normally skeptical of but I never got sick afterwards!) My meal was amazing, and I would highly recommend this place!

  • Good Karma Cafe

    2 starsNovember 24, 2013

56 Lincoln Street, Exeter, NH 03833

The staff was very friendly and knowledgable and I was very excited to find a GF and dairy-free Cafe, however there was a little mix up and I was served food that wasn't GF. As all places make mistakes, they do have a phenomenal selection for vegan and GF food on their menu and baked goods, just be sure to double check that your food is indeed free of allergens (as you should with any place!)

  • Sweet Freedom Bakery

    4 starsNovember 24, 2013

1424 South St, Philadelphia, PA 19146

After reading other reviews I was quite surprised at the poor ratings. I am GF and dairy-free and it is hard to come across somewhere that is free of allergens! I had a cinnamon roll, a pumpkin muffin and one of their muffin tops and they were all very good (considering they are free of allergens!) If you're someone who is only GF then I would suggest somewhere else, but if you're like me you're used to how foods taste that are free of a few allergens and these tasted like a treat!

  • Something Sweet Without Wheat

    5 starsNovember 24, 2013

Cannot say enough good things about this place! Not only can I eat GF without the fear of getting sick, but they have dairy-free options as well. I had their tea-bread (a cinnamon type cake which was heavenly!) their woopie pies and a few other baked goods which all tasted too good to be true! They also make custom cakes, have a phenomenal staff and I would highly recommend them!

  • OCF Coffee House

    4 starsNovember 24, 2013

2100 Fairmount Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19130

This place has GF and vegan options for lunch and baked goods, and the sandwhich I had was awesome! However I gave it 4 stars because you cannot 'build a sandwhich' like other places and must pick one that's already built on their menu, but if they allowed you to build your own they would be a go-to for lunch!

  • Davio's Northern Italian Steakhouse

    5 starsNovember 24, 2013

    111 S 17th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Davio's is absolutely phenomenal! I was able to order a GF pasta dish which tasted way too good to be true, but it was! The staff was very friendly and their menu is awesome as well, if you're looking for a place to eat without worrying about being sick after this is the place to go!

  • Sherry Lynn's Gluten Free Bakery

Discovered this little gem while traveling and I wish I had a place like this near home! I was able to eat GF French toast, and I tried their GF muffins, donuts and cookies, all of which were phenomenal! In addition to a quaint little sit-down area, there is a bakery and packaged GF foods you'd find at the grocery store. This place has it all in addition to a wonderful staff! I wish they would expand across New England!
