The bun was a little too bready & the fries aren't GF (shared fryer), but the meat & sauce more than made up for it! So, so delicious! The staff seemed really knowledgable about GF. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Provo.

I would give the loaf of bread here 5 stars without a doubt, but not everything else lives up to the standard set by the bread. I mean, all the other things I've tried have been really good, but some have an aftertaste. It is a great feeling, though, to walk in to a bakery & have so many options & not have to worry about cross-contamination! And everyone who works there is really nice--an added bonus.

I come here every time I go to a Largo show & it never disappoints. Everything on the menu can be done gluten-free! I always seem to go back to the prime rib chili, though. So delicious. And everyone who works there is great. Can't say enough good things about this place.

I first went here in 2010 when I found out I had to start eating gluten-free, and the cupcake I bought was so gross that I started crying. But that said, I've been back several times since & every other experience has been great! The frozen bake-at-home cinnamon rolls are amazing! Best GF cinnamon rolls I've ever had.

The bakery features daily sinners (non gluten-free desserts) and saints (gluten-free desserts). So it's not a dedicated GF facility, but they say they use best practices to avoid cross-contamination. I've eaten here a few times with no reaction & everything is amazing--especially the cherry tart!
