The food is phenomenal. You need a reservation unless you are willing to wait. The Winooski resturaunt is typically always packed, and that's for a reason. It's BYOB (which really is the better way to go). Update: 8/11/12, the menu has been updated with more selections and symbols for gluten free items. The staff we dealt with were knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity.

very expensive. I can find the same products in the gluten free section of the grocery store for a cheaper price. also keep in mind that your local grocer will get anything you want if you ask. The price will typically be cheaper. I am also able to get bakery items right from the GF bakery cheaper.

I would consider this fast food, but I was a bit surprised by the quality of the food. The chicken was moist and not dry and over cooked as well as the rice. The burrito bowl comes with cilantro-lime rice that was well cooked and with good flavor. The chips were not seasoned to my liking and the hot salsa was not hot enough, but these are minor oversights.

I recently was diagnosed with celiac sprue. I thought I would never have anything that tasted as good as a wheat based product ever again. Several people mentioned West Meadow with high recommendations. I just picked up some blueberry muffins (just out of the oven) and I have to say, I dare anyone to tell the difference between these and a wheat based muffin. Moist, airy and a great flavor. I have a new favorite bakery.

I'm not sure if the GF free crust is a commercial made crust or not. The flavor of the crust is ok. I've had some homemade crusts that were much better and more like a gluten based crust. This one is to much like a cracker. The topping had very good flavor however.
