Had the buffalo chicken on a gf crust. Delicious, and a crust that reminded me of the crispy thin crust I used to love so much. Good texture and flavor. They prepared it on a separate cardboard and it had parchment paper under it. When you get a gf pizza, you have to get a whole pizza, so be prepared to have leftovers, or go with someone to share it.

Extremely knowledgable about celiac and gluten. The owner, Doug, has gone out of his way to offer as many gluten free options as he can. They have very good burger and hot dog buns, fresh cut fries fried in dedicated oil, and i have never had anything I didn't like. No gf desert options, yet, but the portions are so huge that desert isn't necessary. Definitely a must try.

Everything, and I mean everything, they make is you won't believe it is gluten free amazing! The baked goods fooled my family who saw a bakery box on the counter and devoured my Thanksgiving cookies and cupcakes. I don't know how they bake so that the items stay moist for days like "regular" items. Their baguettes, which they make hot sandwiches with as well, are to die for, as is their pizza crust. My only complaint is that it is across town and I can't go every week. They are by far the best gf bakery in Pittsburgh.

When NOLA first opened, they were great, but they have gone far, far downhill. Service was horrendous on my last visit, which was their last chance. Of my party of 3, everyone had simple, easy, fast items, yet it took almost an hour to get our food, only to have one person's completely wrong and have to be re-made, for another twenty minute wait. Even after the hour wait for our food, we still had no utensils, hot sauce or even our drinks. I had to go get us silverware and hot sauce myself. Food quality was sub-par and extremely bland. As to gluten free, I wouldn't trust the server because every time I have been there in the more recent past, I am told different things about the same menu items. When they first opened, the servers were very knowledgable, but since then the answers are hesitant and contradictory. Only when I question them and ask them to go find out to verify what I recalled from when they first opened do they seem to figure it out. Bottom line, I won't be visiting again.

Best gluten free bread I have ever had and it is baked to order. The chocolate latte cake was delicious. Very well trained staff and lots of options.

Very poor service, the waitress was very condescending and when we requested a manager he wasn't any better. Very limited gf menu if you want anything other than veggies swimming in garlic butter, and they are not accommodating to even small modification requests. Not worth the price tag. Go somewhere else.

Beware. My gf entree made me sick even though I specifically told the server I was gf.
