The menu doesn't specifically say which tacos are gluten free but most of them naturally are gf anyways. They make their soft corn tortillas in the restaurant so they are the most fresh and softest corn tortillas I've ever had! (They don't make flour ones so there's no chance of cross contamination from this part). Waiters were very knowledgable about what was gf and what wasn't. Never had an issue there. Super delicious tacos!!!!! Both locations are equally fantastic. Margaritas are a little pricy but the fruity ones are totally worth it! You must try this place!

My whole family ordered off the gluten free menu but something happened and mine wasn't actually gluten free. Got very sick. So disappointed :(

Absolutely the best tacos ever! They make their own homemade soft corn tortillas and no flour tortillas at all! The meats that are gluten free are all very delicious! They are either braised or grilled. The only non-Gf things are fried or served with pita. Servers have always been very helpful when picking out the menu and delivering a safe gluten free meal to a mixed table.

Their one gluten free flavor (red velvet) is very delicious, but I wish they had more flavor options.

The menu is always changing, and they change their gluten free bun brands every 6mo-1yr. Every time I go its a different experience, but the servers are great and there's nothing better than that fresh grill taste! They are very knowledgeable about how to safely prepare gluten free meals for the very sensitive and I have never had an issue here ever.

Best pizza I've found in Chicago so far! The crust is good and I love their sauce and toppings!

RIP Ben Pao. They closed their doors in September 2011. Rumor has it that the owner is opening another restaurant in the same location, but no official word on what the cuisine will be or if they will continue to offer a gluten free menu. Ben Pao, you will be missed!!
