Everything here is delicious and I have never had anything that couldn't fool a non-gf eater. The thing I like the best (and it's hard to choose) is that they are no more expensive than your traditional scratch bakery, unlike other gf bakeries who charge an arm and a leg.

Pretty tasty, but ridiculously over priced. I love the things that nobody else sells, like the yummy eclairs, but for cupcakes, bread, rolls and other tasty goodness I will drive all the way to Hayleys Corner in Kent and still spend less after filling up my gas tank.

I don't care for sushi, but my son loves Trapper's and they are very knowledgable about gf.

I have not actually eaten here, but I called one day to ask if they used separate condiments (ie: mayo, etc) for their gf sandwiches. I was told that they didn't, but that they could give me packets of condiments instead. I thought the packet option was nice, but they don't tell people about the shared condiments unless you specifically ask. I would hope that most people who are gf know to ask questions, but some people just trust when they are told something is gf. Personally, I think if you have gf offerings, you should make sure that you know about cross contamination issues. Their heart is inthe right place, I'm sure.

Had breakfast there before and really enjoyed it. They have a very large gf menu which is great, but I went there today wanting a club sandwich and asked about a separate toaster. I eas told that they used to have a separate one but it broke. They could cook my bread on the grill but that's where they cook gluten filled grill items. I dont think they would have volunteered that info unless I asked. Dont really feel safe eating here anymore. Ask questions people! A gf menu means nothing anymore.

Very knowledgeable staff. Many things to choose from just tell them you are gluten free. They even make my son his own chips in fresh oil and a separate pan. Never gotten sick here.

They do have really good food here, but they do not use separate condiments for any of their sandwiches including pb&j despite many requests by myself. It's a simple thing and cheap to do, but they won't even tell you unless you ask. Terrible for people who trust that gf menu automatically means you dont have to verify.

Tasty gluten free bun. Almost like a biscuit. Good sandwiches. Good service. Everything else is kinda spendy.
