We make a trip to idgy's an annual part of our summer vacation to the cape. Its easy to get to off route 6 and its a gluten free Nirvana. We love that everything is gf. That said there are some ups and downs in the actual experience. Staff were only lukewarm friendly and some of the baked goods were bland... Swedish cookies mealy and tasteless, ooey gooey bars were actually dry crumbly bars. My kids pronounced the teriyaki wings inedible. But the paninis were great. I had a tuna one and my daughter had a veggie one. Crispy and mouthwatering! I highly recommend patronizing this gluten free gem just to sample stuff and revel in its gluten freeness!

the food was creative delicious and fresh. the desserts were also good except for the chocolate chip cookie which was dry and doughy. we found out at the end that it was almost completely sugar free and it was still delicious. we strongly suggest it. there were not actually very many foods that were labeled gluten free but the server was very knowledgeable and said that they could make almost anything gf.

we stopped by for sandwichs after a trip to the nearby u of md celiac center, the service was a little slow but the food was delicious. there were 6+ kinds of bread to choose from and the thin sliced bread on the sandwhiches was crispy and delicious. we tried the sugar and choclate chip cookies and both get 2 thumbs up. we highly recommend it!
