Everything started out good, I explained I couldn't eat gluten, the woman taking the order responded that she couldn't either. She helped me pick my meal and I went and sat down. When it came out it had a big old piece of Texas toast in the tray. In a panic I raced back to the kitchen. The same woman who took my order proceeded to pluck the bread off the tray and hand it back to me. I explained that I needed a new piece of meat and tray and everything because there were still bread crumbs all over and I was really sensitive. She took it in the back and yelled about how it was supposed to be gluten free and she needed a new piece of chicken. I'm pretty sure that they just pulled the chicken and side and pickle and put them on a fresh tray.

Pizza crust had a lot of starch or gum in it. Before I had even worked through the half I had planned to eat in the restaurant, it was already getting gross. No leftovers for me.

This is a great locally owned restaurant with some of the best prices on steaks and burgers in town. The fries (that are all gluten free) come in a huge mound on their own plate and you get to choose between sweet potato and regular.

This place is great. While in town my friend and I ended up eating here twice because we hadn't counted on so many other places being closed on Sunday. The verdict after our second meal: we would still need to eat here more! There is so much on the menu that can be made gluten free, or already is, that there were still more things we wanted to try!

So glad I found this place and was driving through Reno at lunch time. Yum! This is not frozen tiny bread. It's house made and looks, feels and tastes like what I remember.
