Super delicious! Ask for a roll and dipping sauce, and they'll bring you out a Gillian's Carmelized Onion roll! So good and they just rolled out a new GF menu with more options.

Been here multiple times and never been glutened. The chips are 1 dollar extra and they'll give you your own salsa. Fajitas are delicious.

All the meats but the chicken mousse and pate are gluten free. Ask for no crostini. Waiter said that sometimes they have gluten free pasta, but not gluten free dough for pizza.

Have a full gluten sensitive menu. I'm a sensitive celiac and I've never gotten sick! Make sure to ask for the gluten sensitive menu. Waiters are knowledgable. No fries, but can substitute yummy fruit cup. Roasted turkey club with no bun wrapped in lettuce is my favorite!

Burgers with Gluten free buns were awesome. Fries are apparently gluten free too, but I opted for the salad instead. Oysters are delicious too!!

Waiter had special gluten free chips which were not as hot because they were made first in the morning with clean oil. Had fajitas and guacamole. They were very accommodating.

Fries at a Fast Food Restaurant? You bet! Waffle fries, chargrilled with no bun, grilled nuggets and fruit cups are safe! For breakfast, the eggs and Bacon are safe. Just tell them you're a "red flag order: allergy" and to put the bacon and eggs in a bowl!

They have a Gluten Free Menu and it has a lot of options. I had the spaghetti squash marinara option and it was a lot of food and pretty good!

The chef has recently come out with a new version of the menu. The Sweet potato fries are gluten free (ask for pan fried), and they will clean off the grill for your meal. I had the pasta primavera and it was delicious! They also have chicken jambalaya, black bean hummus with gluten free pita chips, filet mignon, braised ribs, udis pizza crust, pork chops, brisket, burgers, and even chicken piccata! There are also a few gluten free dessert choices (flour less chocolate torte and creams brûlée!) I'm a sensitive celiac, and I didn't get sick!

I went to Tia's on a Monday for BOGO fajitas and called ahead. The waitress/manager was very knowledgable because she was gluten free too! She said they make the tortilla chips in the morning in fresh oil before anything else goes in the fryer. The fajitas are gf if you ask for no marinade and corn tortilla shells! Delicious and I didn't get sick!

All of their meats are gluten free at Zambia Smokehouse. Let an employee know and they will go in the back and tell you what you can have! Chicken, Pork, Ribs, Smoked Turkey are all safe! No roll, and switch out any side for the fries. Very knowledgable!

Server was knowledgable. I didn't eat the chips, even though they said they were safe... But there were many options. I had the chicken two ways, which was andouille sausage and chicken breast with peach relish and collard greens. The other side was cheese grits, but since I'm dairy free as well, they substituted it for extra greens. They also had a wurst plate that is gluten free with Brussels sprouts(no bread pudding). There were MANY options to choose from. But no gluten free beer. I'm very sensitive, and did not get sick!

My server Kristen has a severe gluten intolerance and a dairy intolerance as I did and was able to steer me in the right direction. All of the fresh fish broiled with no seasoning is okay. Ask for the broccoli with no butter or seasoning (if dairy) and baked potato dry (sour cream has gluten in it). Cocktail shrimp and cocktail sauce were both safe and I didn't get sick! All of the salads are Gf as well, just ask for no croutons or blue cheese crumbles. Red Wine Vinaigrette dressing is GF and so is many of the others, just ask to see the allergen menu!

Excellent! My go-to fast food! Waffle fries are gluten free and fried by themselves in canola oil and so is the chargrilled filet. I mentioned I was gluten free when ordering the filet ( no bun) and the manager got all excited and went to the back and got me a fresh piece of chicken!

They definitely have a gluten free menu, but I wouldn't call it delectable. It is edible though.
