You can see the chefs preparing your meal (for the most part) and if I order a gluten free roll I always see them switching gloves then disposing of them when done. We go here quite frequently for take out. My boyfriend who is not GF and I who is GF both really enjoy bgood.

Love love love Nebo. Have many here at least half a dozen times. I get the gluten free menu and the boyfriend gets the regular but we usually split a GF appetizer which I HIGHLY recommend, the timbalo di melanzana. I would give 5 stars if they had a gluten free roll/bread stick/something to start with or accompany the pasta dishes. Also, on the dedicated gluten free menu the prices are listed without the added cost for making it gluten free which to me defeats the purpose of having a solely gluten free menu.

To sum my experience all up in one word : *Amazing*. How refreshing to be able to have such a nice variety of choices on completely dedicated GF menus. (They even have lunch GF menus & then separate dinner GF menus) Appetizers, entrees, fried food(!) & when the dessert menu came the waiter {shout out to Brandon @ the Pru Legal!} ,without any hesitation, told me what was okay for me to have. I had an appetizer of regular calamari that my non-GF boyfriend shared and loved also, & then the seafood casserole complete with GF breadcrumbs which my boyfriend also finished when I was full! I can't wait to return & try everything else. Really. :-)

Gluten free menu is pretty small, but I was so excited to see burgers with gluten free rolls! I have to come back to try them - on a pre vacation diet. Will update when I try it!!!
