I was in SLC for a conference and ate here twice because I loved it so much. One of the servers has celiac and they were able to make the pastas with quinoa (not crappy GF pasta). The wine was great and the food was out of this world. I highly recommend the Boar's meat stew and the Brussels sprouts. The service was outstanding and if I could have gone again I would have.

Buffets are usually terrifying for fear of cross contamination. This place was incredibly clean. The chef is at the carving station and can answer any questions. They gave me an entire book of the menu, all the ingredients and a checklist of all the major allergens. The baked apples were great - just butter and cinnamon, no crumb top.

Yes they have a GF menu. But the service was questionable and it took 40 minutes to get three burgers. And it wasn't busy.
