We were very excited about Costa Vida especially after we went the first time. They changed their gloves. They had one specific person touch our food the whole time. It was great until we went for our third time and we noticed that they put the gluten free corn tortillas on the same cooker as where they cooked the flour tortillas. Cross-contamination central. Unfortunate too because they made such an effort to become gluten free.

The pizza really is good. I felt completely comfortable that there would be no cross contamination especially since the owner has celiac and the staff is trained. They even have a big sign in their front window about gluten free pasta and pizza.
