I agree, not a ton of options but I had the chickpea lettuce wraps. They were very good. I enjoyed this place and would go back. They also have gf buns for their burgers.

Gluten free sandwiches are delicious. Pizza is good and has good topping options. They have a really good gf pasta salad. The green salads are not plain old salads either. Good food. Can eat in or get take out.i

  • Ted's Montana Grill

    5 starsOctober 29, 2012

1685 Briargate Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Really good food. Had the bison kitchen sink burger with no bun. Probably the best burger I've ever had, even without the bun. It is on the price level of biaggi's or pf Changs.

  • Red Robin

    4 starsOctober 29, 2012

1410 Jamboree Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920

I enjoy red robin, especially the gluten free sweet potato fries. They generally have gf hamburger buns. I haven't ever gotten sick but I have a VERY sensitive friend that usually does when she tries to eat hear. So not the most careful but better then others.

  • BJ's Brewhouse

    4 starsOctober 29, 2012

5150 North Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Good menu and very good about contamination. The only reason I don't give them a 5 is that you can't get outta there in less then 2 hrs. They have service problems and I have always have to send back my food at least once, not because of gluten issues, just badly cooked or wrong food. Very safe place to eat for celiacs.

  • Whole Foods

    5 starsAugust 21, 2012

7635 North Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920-3207

Excellent organic market. Obviously a pricey chain but has a lot of gluten free foods. You can even go to customer service an get a list of all gf items available in the store.

  • Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage

    5 starsAugust 21, 2012

7690 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Great natural grocery store. Really good prices compared to a lot of other natural grocers. Bring your own bags, they don't use them. They do have a bin of boxes you can use tho.

  • Uchenna

    4 starsAugust 21, 2012

2501 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

Has a lot of gf options. Menu marked with a star for gf items. I believe the injera is gf. Many Ethiopian restaurants add wheat to their injera which makes it hard to go to, this place is well trained on gf cooking. The woman who owns it is very very sweet too.

  • Jake & Telly's

    5 starsAugust 21, 2012

2616 W Colorado Ave Ste 24, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

Really good Greek food. Menu is well marked and they can substitute gf pasta for any reg pasta. That we're very accommodating and made you feel welcome. The staff knows their menu really well and can work with you on any dietary need

  • Chick-fil-A

    4 starsAugust 21, 2012

7990 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

You can check out the gluten free items on the website. You can have grilled nuggets (even tho they aren't listed on menu)and French fries. Most of the sauces, chargrilled chicken salad and side salads. Good fast food option. Not many quick GF food places out there.

  • Sticky Fingers Bakery

    4 starsJuly 18, 2012

1370 Park Rd NW, Washington D.C., DC 20010

I really enjoyed their gluten free chocolate chip cookie and did not get sick but they are kept in the same case as the regular cookies so there could be contamination. This is the only reason i didnt give it a five. The cupcake was a lil dense but good. I enjoyed it all together.

Love the pizza! Love the vegan cheese even. Super great and almost everything on the menu is able to be gluten free. Prices are around $6-$14. I will definitely be returning.

  • Pei Wei

    4 starsMay 13, 2012

7148 N. Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

I gave this a four star due to the tastiness of their food. They're GF menu is very small, like 4 items, but I haven't gotten sick. They're GF options are carefully planned, as they go so far as to cook the veggies in water instead of veggie broth because the broth contains some barley. This is a sister restaurant to PF Chang's, so they have a decent amount of training, although, not as much as PF Chang's does.

  • Carrabba's

    3 starsMay 13, 2012

7120 Campus Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80920

They do have options at this restaurant. Most of them are on the grill however and can easily be cross contaminated, as they don't have a dedicated grill. If you're very sensitive I would stay clear but if you don't get too sick, it's got better options and training then most restaurants without a gluten free menu.

  • California Pizza Kitchen

    3 starsMarch 16, 2012

1645 Briargate Parkway, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

While they stopped serving pizza they do still have other options available. Click on the menu link below and it lists them.

  • The Melting Pot

    5 starsMarch 16, 2012

30 E Pikes Peak Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Very good fondue place. Knowledgable staff and good options. As with all fondue places, it's on the pricier side. Look for specials and coupons or have it be a special occasion.

  • Nosh

    5 starsMarch 16, 2012

121 S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

This place is great.... They are careful with gluten contamination but don't have a dedicated place in the kitchen to prepare(as of a year ago) so food can be contaminated, but I as of yet haven't gotten sick. Menu is pricey if eating dinner but for light food and drinks, can't go wrong.

  • Sonterra Grill

    5 starsMarch 16, 2012

28B S Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

I agree with the other reviewer. I love this place and they are educated on cross contamination issues. The server will be quick to tell you not to eat the tortilla chips because they are fried in contaminated oil, so don't sit down and start munching before the server gets there. Heads up, the Stoley Doley's (a drink) are amazing.

  • Outside The Breadbox

    5 starsMarch 16, 2012

2027 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

Excellent baked items. They are exclusively a gluten free bakery, so you have no contamination issues. They have weird hours, so check before you go.

  • Jose Muldoon's

    3 starsMarch 16, 2012

222 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Limited selection and staff not very knowledgable. Stick to the menu, as that prepared at corporate level and is accurate. They do have options tho, so you aren't stuck with salad. They will make you special stuff too. Like beans and rice in a bowl with cheese melted over it.

  • Boriello Brothers

    4 starsMarch 16, 2012

3240 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907

Good pizza. Haven't gotten sick. Delivery, carry out, or eat in.

  • Jun Japanese Restaurant

    5 starsMarch 16, 2012

3276 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80907

Really good sushi. Has a pretty large GF menu and is pretty knowledgable about contamination. They have tamari sauce as substitute for soy sauce. Jun's is my favorite sushi place in town... Gluten free or not.

  • TAPAteria

    5 starsMarch 16, 2012

2607 W Colorado Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80904

Almost completely gf restaurant. A couple of the deserts aren't but they warn you about them. It's a great place to get a light meal and have a glass of wine. Local place with great tasting food and nice atmosphere. I agree with the previous review that it would be a lil pricey to get full meal..

  • Smiling Moose Deli

    5 starsMarch 14, 2012

1517 Wynkoop St, Denver, CO 80202

Excellent selection. Very good gluten free hoagie. Most the sandwiches can be made gluten free and several of their soups are too. It was so nice to eat a decent sandwich again!

  • Vine Street Pub & Brewery

    4 starsMarch 14, 2012

1700 Vine St, Denver, CO 80206

These guys don't have a dedicated menu but the staff is educated on gluten and can tell you what is safe to get. I had a burger without the bun and a beer. They had three types of gluten free beer to choose from. Great local hang out atmosphere. Mostly burgers, wings, salads and fries on menu. Meat is all natural hormone free.

  • Extreme Pizza

    4 starsMarch 13, 2012

7340 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Has gluten free pizza for delivery or carry out. Its a little pricey for pizza but really great topping choices.

  • Jun Japanese Restaurant

    5 starsMarch 13, 2012

1760 Dublin Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80918

Really good sushi. Has a pretty large GF menu and is pretty knowledgable about contamination. They have tamari sauce as substitute for soy sauce. Jun's is my favorite sushi place in town... Gluten free or not.

  • Ai Sushi & grill

    4 starsMarch 13, 2012

4655 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919

Good sushi place. Has gluten free menu and tamari. Little pricey and is a more "american" sushi place. Decent tho.

  • Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill

    4 starsMarch 13, 2012

3779 Bloomington Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80922

This place is kind of like a Mediterranean food version of chipotle. We do eat here at least once a month. Without some kind of bread or cracker, it's a little lacking, I will bring my own crackers next time and it will help. The gluten free options are on their website or they have little signs in front of most of the items. Over all, a decent place to grab a healthy lunch or dinner.

  • Coquette's Bistro & Bakery

    5 starsFebruary 16, 2012

321 North Tejon Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Love their food, they serve breakfast lunch and dinner. Sweet and savory crepes. So good.

  • P.F. Chang's

    5 starsFebruary 12, 2012

The Promenade Shops at Briargate, 1725 Briargate Pkwy., Colorado Springs, CO 80920

  • Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano

    5 starsFebruary 12, 2012

1805 Briargate Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80920

Excellent menu and care in contamination. I love going here. It is on pricier side, so maybe not every day. But it is very good.

  • Sammy's Woodfired Pizza

    4 starsFebruary 12, 2012

    770 4th Ave, San Diego, CA 92101

Crust was decent and they had a dedicated menu with lots of topping options for their pizza, instead of the few that most places have. They even had a vegan cheese option for those who are dairy free. I enjoyed it
