New chain burger place with a separate Gluten Free menu, with GF buns! Points for serving a burger on a bun that's correctly sized - in relation to the patty. This place is eat in or takeout, and also has GF fries with several tasty dipping sauces. These are all clearly marked as GF as well. Will definitely go back again soon. Recommended.

This place just opened a few months ago across from the Regal Cinema in Crossgates Mall. They only have two clearly marked gluten free dishes, one of which is a really tasty GF Crabcake plate. They also carry 4 different Gluten Free beer varieties - Greens Triple Blonde and Dubbel Dark & 2 New Planet varieties. Good but pricey.

This was already one of the best diners in the area, but with the recent addition of gluten free bread, it'll now be a much more frequent stop for me.The bread wasn't on the menu, but they stock a brand called Fresh Meadow gluten free bread for people who ask for it. its good! very hearty, multigrain type of bread. So if you're gluten free and in this region, stop by this place. Now instead of just getting an omelette or salad, you have much more of the menu opened up to you.

I had read that all Five Guys locations are Celiac friendly, in that "everything is gluten free except the buns," and this one is not an exception. when you order a bunless burger or hotdog, they ask if it's for an allergy. they'll change gloves and separate your order from anything that could cross contaminate - like if your spouse has a burger with a bun, they'll put it in a separate bag. fries are cookoed in peanut oil and are the only thing cooked in that fryer. good fast food for Celiacs.
