Staff is very well educated. This was a great experience to eat here. I could order like a normal person and just tell them that I'm very allergic to gluten without having to explain everything to them. Love that they have GF cornbread.

Great food! Have GF buns. You may have to educate your waitress, but the cook staff knows what to do. Their fries are currently GF with a dedicated fryer, but make sure you clarify every time you go. I typically get a burger, ruby's or natural. I also have gotten the turkey cranberry sandwich on a GF bun, which is delish!

You can get a list of items that are GF. They have a variety of GF frozen dishes including tamales.

Love this location! I've never gotten sick and I'm very sensitive. The managers themselves prepare the GF food to ensure there are no mistakes. They have a dedicated GF prep area and GF fryer. They also carry GF buns.

Great variety and prices on gluten free foods. They even make their own GF pizza, for much cheaper than the frozen pizzas. I'm not sure about cross contamination though.

Although the options are limited, I have never gotten sick at pei Wei. I also always ask for gluten free soy sauce packets, which I then carry in my purse. I always clarify when I order what cross contamination is.
