Be careful here if you have a gluten allergy. Kitchen is not careful about cross contamination. We walked out when we saw one of the chefs cutting pitas and meat with the same knife.

Great food and nice selection of gluten free items. Never been glutenized here!

Avoid this place if you have a gluten allergy.

Great GF baked goods and sandwiches! Just make sure the baked items have not been refrigerated, as that changes the texture and makes everything taste pasty. But if you order ahead of time and specify no refrigeration, you won't be able to tell that it's gluten free! Their bread is very good too, though very pricey if buying by the loaf.

They offer GF pizza, but barely put anything on the crust. Not worth the money!

  • Grill Marks

209 South Main Street, Greenville, SC 29601

Great GF menu with lots of options. GF buns are good, though huge. The white truffle Parmesan fries are to die for! Never been glutenized here!

  • The Chocolate Moose

    120 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601

Great cupcakes! They offer a different GF cupcake each day, and all their icings are GF.

  • Tupelo Honey Cafe

    3 starsJuly 02, 2014

1 North Main Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29601

Nice GF menu, although they took their chicken off recently and that has reduced their GF options. Recommend the veggie melt sandwich on GF bread. Make sure to tell them you have an allergy and they will take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination.

  • Trio Brick Oven Cafe

    4 starsJuly 02, 2014

    22 N Main St, Greenville, SC 29601

Extensive gluten free menu, and I have never been sick after a meal here. The pasta is amazing. CAUTION: Server told me to avoid the pizza as it is baked in same oven as gluten pizzas and would be cross contaminated.

Restaurant is almost 100% gluten free. Only item not gluten free are the pita chips served with the hummus. If you tell them you are gluten free, they will serve the hummus with cucumber slices and tomatoes instead. They even offer a few different desserts!
