Stefano's is one of the best restaurants in Sheboygan - food is absolutely top notch. This is the place to dine in Sheboygan if you are a foodie. The GF dining experience is marginally limited; a GF past is available for substitutions; and tasty. Be prepared to not order 'just anything' that sounds extra tasty that your host tells you about - but every time I've eaten here I've come away very satisfied. The staff seem knowledgeable and well versed in the food and prep methods.

I've had the GF pizza here and it's very decent. It's still a buffet - making other things a bit challenging in terms of potential cross-contamination; but on the whole it's OK for the relatively 'flexible' GF diner.

I had an extra tasty GF pizza here, along with a blond root beer - a strange thing really. Not a huge number of options for the GF diner; but who needs options when pizza is on the menu?!? The waitress did assume it was an "allergy" and I tried to informer her that it's really an endocrine disorder and not an allergy per se - but some knowledge of good handling practices is better than none.

I have eaten here twice now and it's absolutely fantastic. The menu easily says what can be made GF and the waters seem to actually know and understand about what it means you you say I need this GF. Both pizzas I've had are fantastic, they offer GF appetizers and even a desert! I've not tried the desert - I'm always too full from eating too much tasty pizza.
