I LOVED Culver's before I became GF in 2009. I used to work there actually when it first opened in town. They have some awesome Cheese Curds, they're not GF though. Haven't tried eating GF there yet & don't know that I would as not much is on it that I'd want w/o a bun. They do have good food overall (or did in 2000 when they opened). Restaurant was always very clean as was the kitchen when I worked there (picky about that & I ate there when & after I worked there).Great Custard in my opinion. I'd be sure to tell them you're GF as they used to use the same spoon & machine when mixing toppings into their custard. If you want good custard, this is another place to go besides Andy's. :)

They do have a Gluten Free Menu now. I was able to bring home a copy w me. Any breakfast meat is GF as well as the eggs unlike IHOP who adds Pancake batter to them to make them fluffy. I can actually have Hash browns as well! Lots of choices for lunch & dinner too. i've never had any issues eating here. Yum! Breakfast! Love the ham & bacon omelette!!!!

I always get the Chicken Cesar minus croutons which is AWESOME! However, they now have a GF menu on a business card. It includes any flavor wings, any steak plate, 2 types of fish, & 4 salads including the Chicken Cesar.I've been there several times & its always been great food, service, & I've never been sick after eating there... I have Celiac Disease & get VERY SICK.

Love this place!!! A lil expensive, but the pizza is great & worth it to know that they don't use the same ingredients on both wheat & GF crusts. That in itself is more than enough to make up for the higher price.

Food was good, loved the bread/french roll! My hubby isn't GF & was full from 1330 until nearly midnight that night...doesn't even happen w Subway! The food was good...just big priced compared to what we're used too. The staff on 5/7/13 wasn't very polite nor were they very quick! We are from Springfield so they may have been polite by STL standards, but not what we're used too...we live in the 3rd largest city in MO, still has a small town mentality for the most part though. There was a pancake order ahead of us, that's it & it took FOREVER to get 2 of their special subs & a Grilled Cheese. I'm taking going across the street to the Pasta House would've been quicker. We're from Springfield, MO & had to come up for my son to see a Ped GI specialist. I already knew what we would order & figured sandwiches, fast! NOPE!!! A lil on the high side for a sandwich, but everything costs more in STL compared to Spfld it seems. Still, $11 was high for a whole sub. Between 2 whole subs 1 w chips & 1 w potato salad, a grilled cheese w chips, 3 drinks, & a thing of cookies, we spent $39.90!!! On top of being high priced & super slow, the old lady handed my 2 y/o son a HOT fresh grilled cheese (american cheese so even worse for him). I asked for extra napkins & she couldn't even hear me ask for them to begin with...I asked 3 times & loud too! The staff was odd & not very polite @ all either. When my hubby went up to ask for more napkins, they had the old lady come back out vs just handing them to him @ the counter. Though I wasn't impressed, I'm sure I'll visit again just because it's 100% GF. UGH!

Also the E Sunshine location...After some training & my talking to the Mgr, they go above & beyond to make it safe for us to eat there! Haven't had an issue since I called the Mgr 2 yrs ago now. Can have any grilled meat w/o bun, can have cheese, & veggies (no mayo due to spatula being used). Can also have any salad & most dressings as well as their Chili!Tell them bread allergy & they should change their gloves automatically. We ask anyway just to be sure they do in case there's a new employee that forgets to do it.

Very helpful & now knowledgeable. They went thru training by Corp & I've talked to the Mgr too. Tell them no bun & bread allergy, they'll do everything needed now to ensure you're OK!Can have grilled chicken & burgers w/o bun, cheese & veggies on them. Also, MOST salad dressings are OK & the chili is GF also!Eat @ this location regularly w/o any issues! If you order a salad, he sure to tell them not to give the croutons or they'll be in the bag/on the tray w your food. I don't even touch "contaminated" items if able to be helped so, this is a biggie for me.

I actually give this location NO STARS!!!They're rude, unwilling to accomodate, & axt like changing gloves, making a burger w/o a bun, etc is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE for them. They refuse to listen as I cannot have anything on my patty, but cheese & veggies...add mayo, etc every time & they use a spatula for the Mayo!DO NOT EAT @ THIS LOCATION IF YOU'RE GF! I ONLY GO TO E BATTLEFIELD & E SUNSHINE to eat.If you call & complain to their toll free #, they say they know & have tried to fix the issues w this branch w/o any luck thus far.

Very concerned over my diet @ S Campbell & National locations. Changed gloves, pulled out NEW meat, cheese, lettuce, etc for my order vs using what was on the line. Have had chips & guacamole without any issues ever! I was so pleased after so many bad experiences with the way they handled themselves, my concerns/food, etc. Will go back & have many, many times!

When we went a couple of yrs ago, I got sick. The employees acted as if they didn't have any concern for my needs on a GF diet. I can't say if my food ended up being contaminated by accident, on purpose, by failure to clean surfaces, change gloves, etc, but I know I was sick before I even finished my food or left the restaurant. My Dr did say it's possible from all the Flour in the air, my food could've been contaminated or it was from simply inhaling the flour particles in the air too. Again, not sure which, but not going back to test it out. Didn't seem to want to be bothered w my concerns over preparation, my needs, etc. Called Mgr, not much concern there either. This was the E Sunshine location just as an FYI. Things could be better now, but not worth the aftermath to me to try it again! Oh, also ordered some food to go about 1.5 yrs ago...had another reaction & I never stepped foot in the place, hubby went in instead. So, I did give it 2 tries before now refusing to go there again!

Had my choice of any of the BBQ sauces, nearly all the sides, & all meats ARE available too! OMG! I'm super excited about this one & it was just as good as I remember it being pre-diagnosis!!!

Their GF Pizzas are in a seperate bag that it's shipped & cooked in, come w a plastic pizza slicer in sealed plastic, & their GF Cupcake is in a sealed container when brought to your table. The Cupcake is AWESOME! Pizza isn't too great & they only have Cheese @ this time. They've gone out of their way to prevent cross contamination with their GF Pizza. I don't know of any other restaurant around that ships, cooks, & delivers to the table in a sealed cookable bag!!! I absolutely LOVE their cupcake!!!! OMG it was super moist for a once frozen product...was even still cold when they brought it to me too! I love that the Pizza cutter deal is in it's own sealed plastic bag as well so, you know it's safe. My kids can eat dinner & dessert plus, be part of the party!!!! LOVE THAT! The pizza is VERY small & I'm pretty sure kinda expensive. Not sure on price as I went for my cousins sons bday party & my aunt ordered/paid for my & my sons pizza/cupcake.

know the GM here, will only eat @ this location in the area az I've NEVER gotten sick from this location & have the others. GM ensures food is prepared to the GF specs every time. When we go in, I don't even ley her know it's me in there so I know she's not ensuring it's GF just because I know her.

Management is very concerned about GF needs & the food being prepared properly. I had an issue once out of all the times we have been there, the Mgr took care of it right away, he went above & beyond my expectations. Note: the ONLY 2 meats that are allowed is the Chicken & Steak!!! Ground Beef is NOT GF! No matter what anyone says, it's NOT GF if it has Ground Beef, this is per the General Mgr, Tom...spoke w him personally as this was the issue I had w the wrong meat on my Naked Nachos. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We eat there or I do a few times a month, I can have my Tex-Mex w/o having to deal w all the hassle! They will also substitute on the kids Quesadilla (sp?) if a GF "allergy". We order our son the Cheese Quesadilla w a Corn Tortilla vs the wheat & he hasn't had any issues either.
