Practically all the pizzas can be made gluten free if you pay a bit extra for the GF free crust. All the sauces are GF and most, if not all, the toppings. The GF crust is thin and very, very crisp. They also have GF chicken wings and some desserts. This location is directly accross from the Burbank AMC 16 theaters.

Most entrees and appetizers are gluten free if you simply ignore the bread. The main courses sound fabulous and very few would be made with flour. This restaurant is fairly expensive, but for a splurge it is well worth it. The La Quinta resort was built in 1926, so you are living a bit of California history.

Great server warned me about using the BBQ ranch dressing on the otherwise gluten free Southwestern Salad, advised that the regular Ranch dressing was gluten free; he'd checked them both out for a customer with Celiac.

Ordered from the gluten free menu (limited), discussed it with the waiter, he announced the dishes as being gluten free when he delivered them; sick as a dog an hour later with my typical wheat exposure symptoms........

It seems that the full ingredient list is on the cash register screen, so even if the staff person is unfamiliar with your allerg he will read out all the ingredients to you. I had shrimp tacos and substituted corn for flour tortillas and they were great.

Best chicken in Los Angeles and the only gluten is in the bread which is easily avoided. I'm not vouching for the falafel as I haven't asked what's in it. The garlic sauce is great too.
