While not the cheapest place in town, the Mt. Hood Campus Bookstore offers plenty of gluten-free options prepackaged - which means no cross contamination at a store level. They have several different products that are Certified Gluten Free.

Menu looked nice, but was out of GF tortillas and none of the staff knew. Had to be told after food was ordered.

They use separate equipment for their GF options. You can order the double-noodles as well. Absolutely amazing taste.

Double-check the labels to make sure it's not processed in a facility that processes wheat. They advertise GF for some items that could contain wheat but aren't made with wheat (less than 20ppm). That's concerning, BUT they offer the best selection in Bend (price and variety of stock). Their pasta is great and the only affordable cost in Central Oregon. Their staff is also super helpful.

Visited Bend location and was told that the Gluten Free menu could be cross-contaminated. When I received my dish, they had gluten-based pasta mixed into my GF dish. When I mentioned it to server, he shrugged his shoulders and said we shouldn't eat there in the future if that's an issue.
