Very, very impressed with this new Mexican restaurant (opened May 2014)! "Extensive" GF menu, special procedures and stations in the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination, GF fryer, GF chips/salsa, tacos, enchiladas, tamales, chile relleno's, etc. and very polite and helpful service! Since I've had to go GF years ago, this is the absolute first time I've been able to have a chili relleno in a mexican restaurant, and it was excellent! Matt's is now my favorite mexican restaurant for GF. Highly recommended.

I love coming here. Very attentive to gluten free needs. Always very courteous. Manager virtually always stops by to check on how things are going when we're there. They have a repeat buyer program. Kids menu has lots of variety. Free Wifi. And the food is always good. They have a special fryer for doing gluten free fries (#1 frier IIRC). Gluten free bun option available, so no need to do "lettuce wraps" for your hamburger. Special color basket for gluten free fries. Don't forget to put each purchase on your Red Robin Royalty card to get free orders every so often.

Great gluten-free breakfasts! And more selection than just pancakes as well. Only wish there was one closer to Keller/Southlake.

(3/13 Update): Dropped by this morning, and double checked gluten free options. The waitress checked with mgmt, and they would only commit to the GF pancakes being GF. Talked with the manager personally, and I gather they're under a mgmt transition with new cooks in the kitchen and GF/CC procedures not standardized, so be careful here. Would wait until they get their procedures straight and prefer other options like Le Peep or now. / (Original Review): We eat there every 1-2 weeks. Great gluten-free pancakes! If you have sausage, make sure they don't bread it with flour.
