Los noodles están ricos pero me dijeron que es LO ÚNICO que hay sin gluten así que me tuve que comer los noodles solos con un poco de aceite y sal.. un poco decepcionante ya que vine aquí por las reviews que había visto en esta app.

I was told everything was gluten free here, but I felt a bit unwell after and thought I may have been mildly glutened. I think that perhaps some of the broths do use normal soy sauce- I wouldn’t avoid going here but would definitely ask more questions to confirm all the sauces/ broths are gluten free as well. I’m sure the tempura and soba were definitely gluten free as it was a mild reaction.

Great place for 100% gluten free soba noodles. Staff were well informed and offered a card which explained that the soy sauce, noodles and tempura were all safe.

Restaurant specialized in soba noodles, which are made 100% of soba flour (hence the name of the restaurant "10 soba"). Also, the tempura is made 100% with soba flour! However, they use normal soy sauce, so be careful with sauces and broths.
