Don’t order online! Also the Italian sausage isn’t gluten free. I tried to order a pizza online to pick up. I was told when I got there that their sausage isn’t gluten free. When they went to remake me another pizza they used the sauce in the front and those ingredients. They were frustrated when I asked them to remake it again with ingredients from the back. I didn’t get sick and they did use foil and a clean pizza cutter in the end. Was frustrating that they weren’t being safe with the gluten feee crust. I even put “gluten allergy” in the comments when ordering online. Pizza wasn’t great better to go to pizza ranch in the same town instead for a better pizza.

Takes GF serious. Bakes pizza on foil and brings to the back room to prepare so it doesn’t get mixed with regular crust.

I’ve had great experiences with 1000 Degree lately!! I get the 10” four cheese pizza on the gluten free crust. I make sure to specify that I have celiac disease and they are good about changing gloves and using new utensils. I would still double check with whoever is working that day, since it does seem to be within the last year that they have gotten a lot more knowledgeable about cross contamination. I tried going here a year and a half ago and my experience was quite different, so still double check if you go in. Lately though, all staff seem to know how to prevent cross contamination with gluten and the food is really good!! There is no gluten free menu and to be honest, I have heard different answers as to what toppings are and are not gluten free in regards to meat options, so I play it safe with topping choices they can easily get from the back. They use a tray in the oven to keep the crust separate and a new pizza cutter to slice the pizza. A good option for pizza!

I have had such great experience here. They ask if it is allergy related. Everything is wiped clean and they used different ladle. All toppings were taken from separate containers. So happy to have found amazing and safe pizza!
First and last time customers. We had an awful experience. We had called a head to insure they had gluten free crust available and were they did. So went and ordered our pizzas. The manager waited until after we had ordered (listing to us order BTW) and let us sit and wait for a while with hungry young children and myself being super Pregnant… it’s hard work getting young hungry children all set up when your a week away from your due date. Finally getting everything all set up and being able to sit and wait a wait for some time only for him only to come over and tell us that they don’t have any gluten free crusts and that the pasta is not safe because they boil the gluten free pasta in the same pot as the regular pasta… What?!? How can you even offer gluten free pasta if you don’t have a designated pot? The entire experience was pretty darn awful. I have no idea what the pint of calling a head was. We still left hungry with screaming kids. Never again…
