I stopped here on a family vacation. The gf cauliflower crust was very good & i’m usually not a fan. If I even come back over here, I will defiantly be coming again. My family ordered “regular” crust & they all loved them!

Online it is dedicated kitchen space for GF. Not so here. They changed gloves. Got a clean and different pan from the kitchen, but it is the same toppings and oven as other pizzas go in. Taste was good.

I asked for Mango Habernero Wings. Was told they are not sure if it is GF or not.

Food was fantastic and they were super careful about everything. They have a gluten free crust and pulled all ingredients fresh from the back to ensure no cross contamination. They baked the pizza in the oven on a tray and with parchment paper for extra protection from cross contamination. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Definitely will be back.

Very good gluten free crust not as good cauliflower crust I like to call ahead to make sure they have it in stock. I would be careful with some of the sauces because once only a few of the sauces are gluten free for sure pesto, Mariana and olive oil are but I don’t remember for the other ones but I’m pretty besides the obvious Mac and cheese I think the bbq is not gluten free. They also will grab items from the bottom so there is not cross contamination.

There were no precautions to be taken against gluten allergies here. I watched as they touched every ingredient after touching the regular pizza crust. I was very disappointed after driving 30 min only to not be able to enjoy pizza with my family.

I’ve had great experiences with 1000 Degree lately!! I get the 10” four cheese pizza on the gluten free crust. I make sure to specify that I have celiac disease and they are good about changing gloves and using new utensils. I would still double check with whoever is working that day, since it does seem to be within the last year that they have gotten a lot more knowledgeable about cross contamination. I tried going here a year and a half ago and my experience was quite different, so still double check if you go in. Lately though, all staff seem to know how to prevent cross contamination with gluten and the food is really good!! There is no gluten free menu and to be honest, I have heard different answers as to what toppings are and are not gluten free in regards to meat options, so I play it safe with topping choices they can easily get from the back. They use a tray in the oven to keep the crust separate and a new pizza cutter to slice the pizza. A good option for pizza!

Don’t order online! Also the Italian sausage isn’t gluten free. I tried to order a pizza online to pick up. I was told when I got there that their sausage isn’t gluten free. When they went to remake me another pizza they used the sauce in the front and those ingredients. They were frustrated when I asked them to remake it again with ingredients from the back. I didn’t get sick and they did use foil and a clean pizza cutter in the end. Was frustrating that they weren’t being safe with the gluten feee crust. I even put “gluten allergy” in the comments when ordering online. Pizza wasn’t great better to go to pizza ranch in the same town instead for a better pizza.
