I was so happy to find 1,000 degrees in Glastonbury, and meet Joseph and Jacqueline the owners. Their gluten free pizzas are amazing and they also offer salad and even beer choices. Not a dedicated kitchen but I had no side effects at all. Highly recommend!

Went there for my son's birthday the staff was friendly the food was amaozng . The gluten free pizza was not just a thin crust but a wonderful pizza loaded with toppings. It's brick oven made to order and amazing

Really good cauliflower pizza crust! They do a very good job of avoiding cross contamination as long as you specify that it is an allergy. I eat here about once a week and have never gotten sick.

Awesome place and super careful with gluten free accommodations. They have a separate pan to put the cauliflower crust on and he even asked if I needed a new sauce since the existing container of it was cross contaminated. 10/10 recommend!!!
