I haven’t eaten yet but so far the menu looked great. A ton of “gf” options marked. However once you start asking questions it’s clear that they’re not truly gf. The corn chips are fried in a shared fryer. I asked about the Greek salad. They said they could cook me chicken to add no problem but the Greek dressing isn’t gluten free. Tried the steak and potatoes. They came back and said the potatoes have flour in them. Ended up ordering an unseasoned steak with asparagus. I hope I don’t have to revise this to say I reacted. Edited: they brought my meal out with some Parmesan cheese on top and a giant lump of some kind of garlic butter. I asked her to check it since I asked for it to be unseasoned. She came back and said “I’m glad you asked….its not gf”. Needless to say I didn’t eat.
In restaurant menu was labeled what was GF (online menu was not). I got the half roasted chicken and it was very good! They had a variety of things to choose from. Happy hour everyday from 5-7pm! I would highly recommend.
I had two meals here over the weekend. I had steak and a salad. The food was good, nothing over the top, but I felt comfortable there. The bartenders knew to ask about the difference between preference and allergy. The bartender alerted the manager and the kitchen staff of the allergy. Separate gf menu is limited, but enough there to not feel left out of a meal.
They have a GF menu (ask host)... limited- but a decent number or choices, and you have to reference the regular menu to see full descriptions of the items. GF basically tells you what you can order, then minus certain things (i.e.- filet minus the risotto). I had a sandwich, minus the bread but brought my own. Side was French fries- waitress was unsure of the frier situation, so went with a side salad. Overall- food was good, fun atmosphere. Wouldn't be my first choice in the area but would come back.
I was not impressed. They are familiar with gluten free needs. However, the menu was quite limited.
