This place is what you’d call a best case scenario for someone with Celiac looking for a worry-free dining experience. Asked for a gluten free menu and ordered fried pickles, fish and chips. All gluten free, cooked in a dedicated fryer. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. Expensive, but good for a treat. Worth it! Ambiance good too.

A great dining experience! The staff explained how they handle allergies and their protocol. It was great for my Celiac daughter to order anything from the kids menu with ease. (Only exception was the quesadilla, no problem!) they have an extensive gluten free menu for adults.

I am gluten and soy free. The staff is very knowledgeable about allergies and take them seriously. They have a separate gluten free menu with many choices and the food is delicious. It is such a pleasure to be able to eat out without worry and have such a great selection of food. Each food choice comes with a little wooden stick marked “allergy” designating that the food was specially prepared. I am now a happy, loyal customer.

This restaurant was incredible! Being celiac I struggle so much to find truly edible enjoyable food. This restaurant had a gluten free celiac safe menu that was an entire huge page full of foods I thought I would never be able to enjoy again! Our server Zoe was a delight and the manager Rich was so attentive and friendly. We were seated by the kitchen and we immediately remarked “good now we can tell if we need to refuse my meal for unsafe celiac prep” as that is usually the experience in a restaurant but the head chef and the manager were absolutely on point. It was incredible! Great food. Great service. DEFINITELY will be going back ASAP!

Staff is super knowledgeable, and they are a very allergy friendly restaurant w separate stations for allergies, from scratch kitchen, picks in food to identify allergies, management brings out allergy safe food, great atmosphere, decent wait time for food and wonderful service! Also, you can choose from a rather large gluten free menu, including apps, meals AND GOOD desserts! They can make anything gluten free (substitute things when needed). Will be going again! Tip: I would call ahead to see if you need a reservation as the Albany location can book up quick. ☺️ Can’t wait to go back! Edited to add: since I wrote this, I have developed a dairy allergy as well. This does somewhat limit the menu (goodbye desserts lol) BUT they do the best they can do accommodate and if they can’t, they will flat out tell you. The servers and managers work together to let you know what they can/can’t do for you. But there are still many many options!

We frequent the 110 Grills in our area, so we were happy to have it as an option when we were passing through Albany. This location is as amazing as the others we've been to. Sean, our waiter, knew all about Celiac and we felt very comfortable that we were going to get a safe meal. And it was all smiles from Nima for the Fried Pickle Chips and Mushroom Demi Sirloin! Sean also made sure to point out that the whole dessert menu can be made gluten free. No server had ever told us this before! Thank you, Sean! We were too full for dessert, but will definitely be trying the whole dessert menu now that we know! 110 Grill is really a must-visit if you have Celiac.

I highly recommended trying this place and are excited to hear they are looking to bring more of them to the area. Also if you like flavored lemonade the Pom-berry is amazing!

Gluten free heaven! This restaurant has a HUGE gluten free menu with lots of choices for both lunch and dinner. The staff is knowledgeable about the GF and allergen choices. All meals are prepared from scratch. The GF meals (appetizers, desserts, etc) are delivered to the table, with a wooden allergen flag in the dish, by a manager who double checks that it is gluten free and assured me that it was safe for me. I’ve eaten there twice now (1 lunch, 1 dinner) with a friend who has no food restrictions. Both our meals were delicious each time, and I had no problems afterwards. Our servers were attentive. I had to send the salmon back to be cooked further for my tastes and that was quickly done with no hassle and was again delivered by a manager who assured me that it was still gluten free. I intend to go back, often. It’s my new favorite restaurant!

This place is amazing and I couldn't recommend it more highly. When you walk in they ask you if you want gluten free menus. The gluten free menus are huge and include fried things bc no gluten goes in the fryer. Then as you sit down they ask if you have any allergies. Allergy food is brought out by a manager or a chef and flagged with an allergy label. The chef even came out to talk to us (without us requesting it) and assured us that there is a whole dedicated gf area in the kitchen and separate equipment used to make the gf food. And the food is delicious. I highly recommend the Cuban. In my book this is the best place in the Rochester area for someone with celiac disease.

So happy I found this place! So many things to have. Still want to try the meatloaf (have never seen that in a restaurant) and the stroganoff, but can’t get past the fish & chips. Fish is light but still very crispy. Also had the firecracker shrimp - a rear treat. Everything was excellent. Busy Saturday night, but still very enjoyable atmosphere. Separate menu. Have been Celiac going on 20 yrs. No reactions.

Separate fryer!!! So here we can have onion rings, fish and chips, all those dishes we usually have to avoid ... as well as good gluten free sandwiches and pasta, and all is safe. We have been there several times, we are both celiac, and my husband is really sensitive. We have never had any reaction at all.

Amazing. As soon as we walked in they asked if we needed any gluten free menus. They have a separate fryer and a separate prep area. They change their gloves and take all the necessary steps to keep us safe.

Had a large GF menu. First question the sever asked was if anyone in the party had food restrictions or allergies. I appreciated that my food came out separate from the other plates and was brought over by the manager. Food tasted good, no issues. Would come back as it is one of few restaurants that is allergy safe.

What a refreshingly, great experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant the employees were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about celiac friendly options. I was asked as soon as I walked in if I wanted a gluten free menu. Almost every item on the menu is able to be made gf even if it is not listed specifically on the gf menu. Not only were the people great, but the manager monitors and serves all celiac dishes to make sure they are safe to eat. Lastly the food was absolutely phenomenal. I have never had such a great celiac experience at a restaurant. Thank you 110 grill!
