Went here with my coworkers and family after a work conference (visiting from Long Island). I never felt like more of a normal human than coming here because when I first went in, they asked if we needed any gluten free menus and even the GF menu was as big as the regular menu with tons of choices. I was even able to have all the desserts and there was gluten free beer (not just gluten removed but actually GF). They were great with celiacs and had little allergy label toothpicks in each gf meal. Also each gluten free meal was brought out by a manager or separate person so you felt confident knowing you were given the right food. I was so blown away we came back the second night! As far as regular food goes, my picky toddler was also very happy

110 Grill understands Gluten-Free! Ask for Donnie because he is phenomenal! I ordered the Garlic Butter Swordfish, brussels, and mashed potatoes. The swordfish was incredible! The mashed potatoes were also great. I love Brussels, but these were undercooked and had no flavor, but everything else more than made up for it! I NIMA tested everything and it all came back safe. The servers must write allergies in red pen. Allergies are prepared in separate areas that are supervised by managers. A manager will bring your meal with an allergy pick in it. If this does not happen for an allergy, the server gets into trouble.

Everything on menu can be made gluten free. They have gluten free shoestring onion rings, fried pickles, and more! Waitress was very helpful and made you feel very confident with safety. Loved this place! Wish they had it where I am from.

EXCELLENT in their knowledge of celiac. Guests are asked at the hostess stand if anyone has an allergy. The server asks a second time when taking orders if there are any allergies.
The gluten free menu is almost identical and just as many options as the general menu. Recommended this for anyone with celiac.

This is a go to for safe GF food. It can take a while and it’s pricey, but it’s completely safe for celiacs and they take cross contamination very seriously. They have some in other states as well, so if I’m traveling somewhere there is one, I know I can eat out safely!

I wish there were more locations-particularly in Delaware! This was one of the best meals I’ve had in years and it was safe- they can accommodate multiple allergies! Our entire party enjoyed the meal, 2 of us are GF. Service was great. Restaurant was modern and clean. Will definitely return if we’re in the area. I’m hopeful that the brand will continue to expand, as allergy awareness is the wave of the future.

This is one of those restaurants that truly live up to the hype! Good safe practices, delicious food, and just about everything on the menu is safe. We stopped in on vacation and got calamari, firecracker shrimp (due exclusively to the reviewer on here who recommended it), brussel sprouts and a Caesar salad between all of us and they were all incredible.
Also, if you find you don't enjoy the food, Maggie McFly's is opposite this restaurant and has loads of GF options. But I think you'll like it. We'd come here again.

110 Grill far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in and were asked if we needed an Allergy Menu, to our server, Ethan, who was knowledgeable and gave recommendations, to our delicious meal! Can’t say enough good things!

Had Dave. Dude is excellent. Dedicated menu with lots of choices. Very knowledgeable guy, specific people bring out the GF. Very tasty. Had the firecracker shrimp and shrimp scampi. Bread is also awesome. For sure we will be back! They also deal with other allergies no problem-wife is allergic to eggs.

I was super excited to go here, and was thrilled to see the menu full of gluten free options. We got a few choices including some appetizers. I was shocked these things were gluten free. I felt a little strange, but continued through the meal. By the time I got back home, I was painfully sick - from bathroom trips to nausea, I was extremely messed up. I hadn’t eaten anything else, so I unfortunately know I got glutenized somewhere along the line.
Amazing food, great server, nice ambiance - if you don’t have serious restrictions, this is a good place. Otherwise, you may want to consider elsewhere.

Super impressed! Just got take out here in a pinch and I can’t believe I haven’t come sooner. I ordered the fish tacos and the cheesecake online and each item had a drop down menu to select gluten allergy. So happy I accidentally skipped lunch today and was starving doing a return at the mall and needed some where to eat!

The BEST chain restaurant for Celiac. They can make essentially all their non-GF food GF so you don’t feel like you are missing out at all. I have been multiple times and never gotten sick.

Love this location! Everyone is great and well versed. I have so many options and never worry about getting sick. We are having a big private party here this year and they have been wonderful to work with!

This place is what you’d call a best case scenario for someone with Celiac looking for a worry-free dining experience. Asked for a gluten free menu and ordered fried pickles, fish and chips. All gluten free, cooked in a dedicated fryer. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu. Expensive, but good for a treat. Worth it! Ambiance good too.

A great dining experience! The staff explained how they handle allergies and their protocol. It was great for my Celiac daughter to order anything from the kids menu with ease. (Only exception was the quesadilla, no problem!) they have an extensive gluten free menu for adults.

LOVE THIS PLACE! DIDNT GET SICK! THE MANAGER SERVED ME MY FOOD BECAUSE I HAVE CELIAC DISEASE!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I am gluten and soy free. The staff is very knowledgeable about allergies and take them seriously. They have a separate gluten free menu with many choices and the food is delicious. It is such a pleasure to be able to eat out without worry and have such a great selection of food. Each food choice comes with a little wooden stick marked “allergy” designating that the food was specially prepared. I am now a happy, loyal customer.
Great for Celiacs and all other allergies. Food is de-lish too!

This restaurant was incredible! Being celiac I struggle so much to find truly edible enjoyable food. This restaurant had a gluten free celiac safe menu that was an entire huge page full of foods I thought I would never be able to enjoy again! Our server Zoe was a delight and the manager Rich was so attentive and friendly. We were seated by the kitchen and we immediately remarked “good now we can tell if we need to refuse my meal for unsafe celiac prep” as that is usually the experience in a restaurant but the head chef and the manager were absolutely on point. It was incredible! Great food. Great service. DEFINITELY will be going back ASAP!

Came here for the first time today after the Allergen & Gluten free expo. The food and service were both delightful. Our server, Tina, was absolutely amazing and the manager checked in multiple times to be sure everything was gluten free. I’m very pleased & didn’t have any issues!!

So good to have this in Latham now. Happier that two of my favorite servers (Rob and Lindsay) from another local place moved over here. Great outside deck, will customize any dish, and good cocktails.

Incredibly knowledgable about all allergies, manager delivered my meal personally! I am plant based and was able to get a beyond meat burger with a bun and some veggies! Really great bun was better than most

Wife is celiac. EVERYTHING here except for the rolls (they offer even better gluten free rolls) and one other dish I can’t recall are GF. Essentially, EVERYTHING.
The service was lovely. Ordering was genuinely liberating for my wife. And the food was fun! Do come!
We need them to open a place near DC!

Staff is super knowledgeable, and they are a very allergy friendly restaurant w separate stations for allergies, from scratch kitchen, picks in food to identify allergies, management brings out allergy safe food, great atmosphere, decent wait time for food and wonderful service! Also, you can choose from a rather large gluten free menu, including apps, meals AND GOOD desserts! They can make anything gluten free (substitute things when needed). Will be going again!
Tip: I would call ahead to see if you need a reservation as the Albany location can book up quick. ☺
Can’t wait to go back!
Edited to add: since I wrote this, I have developed a dairy allergy as well. This does somewhat limit the menu (goodbye desserts lol) BUT they do the best they can do accommodate and if they can’t, they will flat out tell you. The servers and managers work together to let you know what they can/can’t do for you. But there are still many many options!

My favorite place to eat! Been here multiple times and I’ve never had any reaction. So many options and knowledgeable staff. They ask about allergies when you sit down and manager brings out gf food.

Saw this chain initially at Syracuse’s Destiny mall but didn’t try it until we stopped in Albany. Have a very large gluten free menu. Appetizers, Salads,Sandwiches, and Entrees. Staff has very good understanding of gluten free. Manager brings good out personally. Food was delicious. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Got "take back" to our hotel room lastnight. Even for GF it was pretty great food! GF Bbq chicken nachos were really yummy as well as the GF Firecracker Shrimp! ENJOY! Great find.

Wow! I’m stuffed. Dedicated to providing allergen friendly food in a safe environment this restaurant hits it out of the park. I was able to have Firecracker Shrimp for the first time in my life and it was delicious. No coveting my husbands dessert I had my own deconstructed Key Lime Pie. Amazing! You must go.

I would say it’s basically a GF restaurant with some regular bread. The entire menu can be done GF including Fried Pickles, fried calamari, fish and chips, etc...all done in a dedicated fryer! Delicious cocktails and great service too! I can’t wait to go back!

We frequent the 110 Grills in our area, so we were happy to have it as an option when we were passing through Albany. This location is as amazing as the others we've been to. Sean, our waiter, knew all about Celiac and we felt very comfortable that we were going to get a safe meal. And it was all smiles from Nima for the Fried Pickle Chips and Mushroom Demi Sirloin! Sean also made sure to point out that the whole dessert menu can be made gluten free. No server had ever told us this before! Thank you, Sean! We were too full for dessert, but will definitely be trying the whole dessert menu now that we know! 110 Grill is really a must-visit if you have Celiac.

This place is amazing! Our server Stephanie, knew about celiac and actually wanted to understand more what happens with cross contamination.
This is the first place I have been able to go out and order at a place that had more than 1 option.
I highly recommended trying this place and are excited to hear they are looking to bring more of them to the area.
Also if you like flavored lemonade the Pom-berry is amazing!

This place is amazing if you have celiac - you get to feel like a normal person at a restaurant again! Basically their entire menu can be made celiac safe and they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination and preparing food safely. They even have great gf desserts (the peanut butter brownie ice cream one is amazing). I love how seriously they take allergies/celiac and the food is delicious!

One of the best gluten free restaurants in the Capital District. I cannot tell you the last time I felt like a normal person at a restaurant prior to dining at 110Grill. Their gf menu is extensive and inclusive. My favorite mouth watering dish is the pulled pork mac and cheese... delicious, cheesy macaroni topped with tangy pulled pork topped with crispy onion strings... a perfect combination for a Celiac looking to eat some REALLY good food!!
This is one of my go to “safe spots” recent prices has increased but they do have a dedicated gluten free fryer!

Waited at the half empty bar for 30 minutes to order drinks and an appetizer. Bartender did not understand my request for a Ghostfish beer. After 10 minutes more she came back and said they didn’t have it and she would have someone check the back. We waited another 10 minutes and she didn’t come back. Would not recommend if this is their service in a half empty restaurant and bar at 8pm on a Saturday night. Yet the couple next to us came in and was served immediately. Felt a little discriminated against. See ya 110!

Almost everything on the main menu can be gluten free! There are separate cooking area to prevent cross contamination and food comes out with an “Allergy” tag so there are no questions. This is our go to place when with our 3year old who was just recently diagnosed with celiac.
