Staff are well trained in celiac and other allergies. Amanda my server was excellent. Dedicated kitchen area, food is marked with allergy tags, and delivered by a manager. LARGE menu selections for lunch and dinner. I have dined her at least 8 times and have not once been glutened. A+ Service & food.
