This restaurant is amazing. All the entrees can be made gluten free. I ordered the fish and chips. The meal usually comes with an average piece of breaded fish ( I think it was cod), coleslaw and french fries. I asked to substitute sweet potato fries and a half salad. Delicious. I didnt have any stomach issues. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would definitely return to this return to this restaurant.
We had to wait for quite a long time because they were under- staffed. Once we were seated the server was great, but the kitchen did not make our food at the same time, so we all ended up eating our meals at different times. I got a Greek salad with salmon and it was good. No reaction and I felt safe.
I don’t think there is another restaurant with multiple locations in the northeast that consistently shows extensive knowledge about food allergies and celiac disease. The Henrietta location did not disappoint. The server noted Celiac and all ordered off the GF menu. Delicious AND safe.
I went to 110 Grill last Sunday and it was great! They had a separate menu with good options as well as a dedicated gf fryer. I got the fish & chips and had not issues whatsoever. My food came out marked as well which was great. It tasted good and I would definitely come back here.
Terrible. I’ve gotten glutened from this location too many times. I questioned if something was gluten free and the waitress was combative and mad I questioned it. To then get sick anyway. Management doesn’t care about gluten free. Even corporate knows how much they mess up and is attempting training at this location to fix the mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE
I had some good food here and they have a wide selection of GF foods. After seeing some recent concerns with near misses for being served gluten instead of the GF with the skewer, I made sure my food had all the correct labels and tested my bun for crumbling prior to eating. I want to note that my server is the one that brought out my food. So at the time I was there the manager did not bring it out, like others have said had happened with them. I'm pretty sensitive so I was happy with the overwhelming positive comments overall.... I had the kale/brussel salad, split some bistro wings with maple BBQ with a friend, and a hot chicken sandwich. All three had the skewers. I would definitely return.
What a great menu .too bad we are traveling and 350 miles from home.so many unexpected offerings. Cuban sandwich with great bun and onion straws. Fried fish and chips. Artichoke dip with bread! Clam chowder. Delighted with all our choices! We didn't have room but all desserts (5) yummy looking and available gluten free.
I love 110 Grill and have been many times.
Unfortunately, I went last week and avoided a terrible kitchen mistake. My food was brought out by a regular waitress and not marked with the GF skewer (wheat bun, not prepared for GF order). They felt terrible and immediately fixed the problem. Thankfully I knew it was wrong because I had eaten there before.
However, if you have never eaten here or had the waiter explain their process to you, that could’ve been a recipe for disaster.
So for everyone to know: only the MANAGER can bring your food out. You will also see that the food is marked with a GF skewer to indicate that the meal is GF.
10/10 experience, my boyfriend and I come here at least once a week and the service/food is always amazing! Like many others have said it’s a place where Celiacs feel normal. I’ve loved every dish I’ve gotten here, the service is always great I never have an issue. This is my #1 go to date night spot!
Brought my girlfriend here, and she was flabbergasted at the size of the GF menu! I've never seen her have so much trouble ordering something.
She was skeptical at first, but the very first person we met at the restaurant told us she was also celiac, and the whole reason she worked there was because of how respectful they are of allergies.
This is her new favorite restaurant now, and I'm ecstatic!
Best place for celiacs to eat. They take allergies very seriously here. They have dedicated kitchen space and dedicated fryers. It’s the one place a celiac can feel normal and order anything off the menu including fried calamari which I haven’t had since I was diagnosed with celiacs and it was amazing! . I also ordered fish and chips which were also amazing! They bring your food out by manager with a toothpick in it. They also have GF onion soup! Would highly recommend and FYI you will need a reservation about a week I advance to get in!
The worst. I was so excited to come here but the service was horrible we sat here for over 2 hours for 2 burgers and a kids quesadilla. The burger was dry and gross. I went here a time before this and the service was just as bad. Luckily I didn't get sick they were good about that but the food was bad
I’ve never had a host or hostess ask me if anyone in my party needed a GF menu before today. The rest of our visit lived up to that auspicious beginning. The food, GF and not, was delicious, and the wait staff was spot on. One of the best meals I’ve ever had! Will definitely look for more of this chain as we travel.
The menu didn't have GF listed, but that's because apparently, all items on the core menu can be made gluten free! They put gluten-free stickers on my food signed off by a manager, which made me feel SO confident about what I was eating. Plus great dessert options (love a crustless cheesecake)!
Not since Disney have I felt so well cared for in a restaurant. From asking at the host stand of we wished for a gluten free menu, to having the waitress confirm my allergy, and then have kitchen staff bring my specially marked food items. I have not been so excited by a GF menu in many years. Instead of just leaving off everything tasty to make items gluten free they made legit gf options with all the fancy details. 100% recommend and my waistline is thankful this restaurant isn't closer to where I live.
So happy to find a place that is so in tune with food allergies. What a fantastic menu too. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer so I had onion strings (rings) for the first time in years! We sat outside too- definitely a plus during these covid times. We are definitely going back!!.. . Ordered wings on line. Mixed feelings . Girl told us on line 12 to an order; got 10 almost all wings. 4 drumsticks per 20 wings. REALLY?? Yummy wings but disappointed none the less.
Loved this place. Got 2 apps and 2 dinners and they were amazing. They put stickers on the food boxes that are signed by staff to ensure they have seen the gluten free request. Food was great and they handled the gluten allergy great. Felt totally comfortable eating.
This place is amazing and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
When you walk in they ask you if you want gluten free menus. The gluten free menus are huge and include fried things bc no gluten goes in the fryer.
Then as you sit down they ask if you have any allergies. Allergy food is brought out by a manager or a chef and flagged with an allergy label.
The chef even came out to talk to us (without us requesting it) and assured us that there is a whole dedicated gf area in the kitchen and separate equipment used to make the gf food.
And the food is delicious. I highly recommend the Cuban.
In my book this is the best place in the Rochester area for someone with celiac disease.
Take food allergies seriously. I have been several times and ordered sandwiches, salmon & food is delicious!!
What a refreshingly, great experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant the employees were extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about celiac friendly options. I was asked as soon as I walked in if I wanted a gluten free menu. Almost every item on the menu is able to be made gf even if it is not listed specifically on the gf menu. Not only were the people great, but the manager monitors and serves all celiac dishes to make sure they are safe to eat. Lastly the food was absolutely phenomenal. I have never had such a great celiac experience at a restaurant. Thank you 110 grill!
Waiter was extremely knowledgable, telling me to make sure there was an allergy stick on my order and that only a manager should be bringing it out. The fried pickles were amazing and gluten free pasta! Everything in dedicated areas.
They were very aware of Celiac and the precautions to take. Nearly everything, if not everything, could be made gluten free. I had fries for the first time in a year because I knew it would be safe. The dessert was also delicious. I didn't get sick. Staff was super friendly and had a nice relaxing atmosphere. Definitely will return!
Absolutely amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. Host was friendly and welcoming, our server, C, was so sweet and fun, and the food choices for GF are incredible! My hubby (who doesn’t need to eat GF, but often does with me) and I ordered a ton of stuff to share and took a bunch home. This is a safe and delicious place to eat and we can’t wait to go back!
One with celiac and one with egg allergy and lots of safe options for each. Impressive menu and food was very tasty. Separate fryers, and food allergy meals with flag stuck in them are served by managers. We felt very safe, noone got sick. Service was a little slow, otherwise 5 stars given. Also, prices are reasonable, not sure why it shows 3 $$$ instead of 2. Same ballpark price-wise as Carrabas, etc.
My husband and I stopped in at this restaurant for a date night! We were super impressed and will definitely be back! The entire staff was super pleasant and helpful! They definitely take allergies seriously! A huge selection for gluten free options! I am also dairy free and they were happy to accommodate! The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, service was phenomenal and they were super careful to keep all my food separate and labeled! Highly recommend the “bang bang cauliflower!” :)
Wish I had better things to say. I felt safe while eating there but was extremely ill after. They have a huge gluten free menu and claim to have extensive allergy protocols. The food was excellent and I had high hopes that this would be a new safe spot for me. Not sure what went wrong but I will not be back.
