Ordered a salad with chicken and told waitress I have celiac. My wife ordered a Caesar salad with salmon (not GF). We were sitting next to the open kitchen and I saw the manager ask the chef to switch the salmon off my salad with the chicken on her gluten salad cause they mixed up the proteins. The chef took the chicken that was touching the croutons on the salad and plopped it on my “gluten free” salad and put the gluten free allergen stick on my salad and served it to me. The manager seemed confused when I said something but they remade my salad. It was not discounted or comped on the bill, we had to ask, which they then took it off.
Be aware, if I was not sitting at that table I never would have known what happened!
Excellent service and attention to allergies! My meal came out with an allergy marker. I had a salad with tuna and the waiter accommodated gf and df. I am not sensitive to cross contamination, but felt fine after! They have a separate gf menu
GF, Egg Free, Dairy Free, Nut Free. This place is absolutely amazing for people with multiple allergies. Gluten free egg free and even dairy free fryers. I had the Thai Salmon Entree, Brussels salad with an egg free lemon vinaigrette, and fries. Beware, this Salmon packs a hefty kick, but if you like heat it was delicious. The manager took my order and delivered my food. It is also an open kitchen so you can see the preparation and hear the calls for allergies. If I ever come back to Manchester I will visit again.
We were greeted at the door with the hostess asking if anyone in our group was gf. This was so reassuring! Someone ordered the fried pickle chips and they said anything going in their fryer is gf by default. I had the kale Brussels salad with salmon added on. It was awesome! My meal arrived separately , labeled “ allergy”. They have a separate GF menu too!! Loved this place!!
This restaurant is very serious about allergens and it shows. They have an enormous GF menu and are very careful with preparing the food. Plus it was delicious and wonderful service.
110 Grill always makes us feel celiac safe. All servers are well versed in what is GF or can be made GF. Any plate that comes out with an allergy alert is marked as such, and brought out by a manager! DELICIOUS Desserts, the kind that make you panic for a moment wondering if they’re GF, but they’re just THAT good!
really good gf pizza and they also have tons of other options! and save room for dessert, because the gf brownie sundae is to die for! right after I told them I couldn’t have gluten, they brought over a gf menu and told me that everything was prepared separately! love the nachos and the fish and chips, too!
Had dinner there (Manchester, NH) about six weeks ago. Had Cypress side salad and the 110 cucumber and avocado tuna. This was my third meal in this particular restaurant and sixth at a 110 Grill and I’ve never had a problem with gluten (have celiac disease). Always served by a manager, which is reassuring, and a popsicle stick in it, indicating special handling. One person I was with is a vegan and the other also had some food preferences. We all had food appropriate to our requirements, though the vegan choices were pretty sparse. I do rather wish restaurants were better at recognizing the differences between gluten sensitivity, gluten allergy, and celiac disease though, and celiac isn’t an allergy. If I have any trepidation, I pop a GliadinX capsule or two.
Was very impressed! They had a very extensive GF menu and asked right from the start if anyone had any allergies or gluten concerns. They use dedicated dryers and equipment for GF food, flag the meals with an “allergy” pick and the staff seemed super trained in how to handle GF meals. Will def come again if in the area!
This restaurant was awesome! As soon as we entered, the host asked if we needed any gluten free menus (which was extensive by the way). And before we placed our order, the waiter asked if we had any allergies. He also told us that the restaurant is great for eating gluten free because they have a great system to avoid cross contamination and they have dedicated gluten free fryers. But in addition to all that, the food was spectacular! Like, it was the best meal I've had in a long time. My dinner partner (who is also gluten free), loved his meal too. And the gluten free dinner rolls and butter was delicious too. Everything about this restaurant was great!
110 Grill has shown unparalleled accommodations for gluten free eating, as far as I've experienced. They are able to offer 100% of their regular menu with some form of gluten free option, and the specials can often be gluten free as well. A manager always brings out meals that are gluten free, and the dishes are clearly flagged as having been prepared gluten free. They have made it their mission to provide high quality, safe gluten free cuisine up and down their menu, and the results have not yet disappointed me. The service can be a different story, honestly, but they take care of the food safety.
Overall, highly suggest! The Manchester and Nashua locations have cleaned up a lot when it comes celiac awareness. I decided to give them another chance and take the risk, as I previously gave them a 1 star on this app after getting glutened numerous times. I started to hear word that they changed their ways, and thought I would see for myself. I was pleasantly surprised and noticed that the waiter and restaurant took it very serious. Everything was amazing and I had zero issues, speaking from a very sensitive celiac perspective.
Ordered the gf calamari and grilled swordfish with sweet potato fries and brussel sprouts. The calamari was truly excellent, piled high, hot and super crispy with a sweet and hot dipping sauce. The swordfish was good, and the sweet potato fries were very hot and crisp but fluffy on the inside. All gf items are brought out and served by a member of management. We splurged and sprung for coffee and dessert as well, the peanut butter cascade (if I recall the name correctly) was a scoop of peanut butter ice cream over a gf brownie, topped with hot fudge and crumbled Reeses cups. We never got to the gf key lime coconut dessert, that's for dessert tonight!Outstanding dining, safety, and service.
Our experience here was outstanding. The staff wrote down items that needed to be gluten free in red pen, everything else in black pen. We sat right next to the kitchen and we could hear the grill manager making sure certain precautions were taken to protect those guests with allergies. When our food came to the table, the gluten free meals had little toothpicks in them that said “allergy”. And the gluten free menu was phenomenal, very robust.
Good food. They in error did not make one of our meals gluten free (it was entered into system by server incorrectly - kitchen is safe) and we caught it before any harm was done. They are a growing franchise and committed to safe meals, but question them if you have the slightest concern to be sure what you think you ordered is what they served you. I will be back.
Staff asks you right away if you need a gluten free menu. So many options and they can make any item on the dessert menu GF. I had the buffalo chicken flatbread and the key lime pie. They used gluten free graham crackers in the key lime pie and it was amazing! Food also came with wooden picks that said Allergy to reassure that food has been specially prepared
Went for dinner at 110 in Manchester and had a great experience. Ari was super aware of my allergies and the manager brought my food sperate from my party to ensure no cross contamination! Highly recommend Ari and the 110 crew!
I have been twice now and both times have been amazing! Highly recommend
My husband and I stopped in at this restaurant for a date night! We were super impressed and will definitely be back! The entire staff was super pleasant and helpful! They definitely take allergies seriously! A huge selection for gluten free options! I am also dairy free and they were happy to accommodate! The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, service was phenomenal and they were super careful to keep all my food separate and labeled! Highly recommend the “bang bang cauliflower!” :)
Wish I had better things to say. I felt safe while eating there but was extremely ill after. They have a huge gluten free menu and claim to have extensive allergy protocols. The food was excellent and I had high hopes that this would be a new safe spot for me. Not sure what went wrong but I will not be back.
