Their website promises that they have gluten-free procedures in place including a dedicated fryer and allergy awareness, separate space and kitchen to avoid cross-contamination.

There was an extensive gluten-free menu.

My daughter ordered the gluten-free pulled pork Mack and cheese. The mac & cheese was not very good. But I felt that it was a poor menu choice on her part. I do believe that there were many items that would have been much better, including a tuna dish my husband loved.

They did flag her meal and bring it out separately.
