I asked about a gluten free menu, but was told that was not available. Nothing on the menu is marked as gluten free. The server was very understanding, but didn't know what had gluten and what didn't apart from sashimi being safe.
All of the sashimi should be safe, some of the rolls, but I wasn't comfortable ordering any of the hot food.

Absolutely amazing all you can eat sushi!! They immediately brought out a separate menu and gf soy sauce. There was so much to choose from and it was delicious plus I didn’t get sick!

They have a gluten free menu that is available if you ask for it, it isn't included on the tablets they use to order regularly. There were a lot of options available, but it was confusing when the food actually came out. If you're ordering with a group that isn't all gluten free, I'd check with your server which plates are which because we had some confusion.
